  Tried several times in Oct and Nov to get a room for family coming in town for Thanksgiving. Cannot book online and couldn't book on the phone either as was told system was down to call back. Finally decided to get Air BNB. I see the system seems to still be down as still cannot book online. Kind of ridiculous for a Hilton product. Does Hilton even know?

  One of 2 hotels in town. Employees were very kind. Room was small but it was clean.

  We were booked in with a large group, with everyone arriving at different days and times. Checking in was easy and quick, even with computer problems. Great reception area where a lot of us gathered for fun. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love lots of pillows, and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was included and was just what we needed to start our day. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

  We always stay here in October the week of the Jack Daniels barbecue in Lynchburg. Every year, the staff is amazing and this year was no exception. Aaron and his team are stand out. The rooms are clean. The service is amazing everybody smiling they’re welcoming us from the maintenance guy to the food girls the desk everybody I would definitely give This hotel a five star and definitely look forward to coming back every year thank you Aaron and your Team for all you do for us.   I have tried several times to reserve a room at this Hampton using my Hilton honors app only to see there is no availability each time I try. When I call the hotel to book a room, I'm told the hotel's reservation system is down and yesterday, was told it has been down for 74 days. Can only reserve a room a week in advance of desired date. This has forced me to book with another hotel brand which I hate doing because I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member and have been for 15 years. This situation needs to be addressed and corrected. Does the owner even care?
