- MPMark PattersonOct 30, 20255.0We've stay at HIExpress before. Rooms & service have always been good. A little expensive for us, but it's turning out to be a 'for sure' pleasant stay. Odd thing at each stay, there seems to be a minor little issue that we have come across with their free breakfast. This time it was the apple juice dispenser. First morning, apple juice was like water. Reported the problem & by the next morning, it was fixed. Oddly the selection button was changed from apple to water. The new apple selection button provided very good & tasteful apple juice! lol.

Sheets had hair and stains, and the couch was dirty too. The shower pressure was terrible, and the hot and cold water were reversed — unbelievable. For $160 a night, this place should be much cleaner. The only good things were the bed and the AC. Holiday Inn Express, you really need to do better.
