- TPTorrey Payne2 days ago2.0The front desk is the best part of this hotel experience. They are delightful to interact with and greet every customer with a smile. Fire the cleaning staff, deep clean your hotel and replace your washers and dryers,or at least the filters in the dryers. I've stayed in accomodations in third world countries that are cleaner than the rooms. Mildew is a problem, I'm not sure deep cleaning is ever done, there is enough dust on the light fixtures to grow potatoes in, and the same cleaning cloth must be used for every room, evidenced by hair stuck to most of the hard surfaces. If you want a real treat look behind the soap caddy pumps in the shower. The linens are just as gross with stray hair and dirty sheets. At least bring your own pillow cases and be ok "relaxing" in other people's DNA if you have to stay here.

Odd thing at each stay, there seems to be a minor little issue that we have come across with their free breakfast. This time it was the apple juice dispenser. First morning, apple juice was like water. Reported the problem & by the next morning, it was fixed. Oddly the selection button was changed from apple to water. The new apple selection button provided very good & tasteful apple juice! lol.
