  Whenever we go to this area we always stay here . The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is always friendly . They also have a nice breakfast that comes with your stay . They even had things my husband could eat with his food allergy .

  I booked the handicap accessible rooms and boy I was disappointed. Immediately the room smelled musty, like there was a water leak somewhere. I asked to change rooms, they dont have any other handicap accessible available. I work in reservations, so I understand they do not have cleaners or maintenance available at certain times. They offered a bottle of odor eliminator, which helped temporarily. But after a half hour or so, the smell would be back. I ended up getting a migraine from the smell. The bottom of the bathroom door showed obvious signs of water damage from the walk in shower. Pool felt very cool. Thermometer did read 82, but we were shivering in the pool and couldnt stay in long due to this. Asked for extra towels as we stayed for two days and I was given two medium sized washcloths. The pool towels were bigger, so I just grabbed a few of those instead. Also the bedding had hard musty bits on it (see picture). I was able to get that replaced, but I feel like this room doesnt get the attention it needs. Not recommended if you need a handicap room. Likely will not return next time im in the area.

  I was very disappointed and upset about this stay. I used my hard earned reward points to book two separate rooms for Valentines. My husband and I checked out very early Valentines morning, as we had to catch our train for the Valentines excursion. So we're enjoying our day and then I get a cc alert that the hotel is charging my card. I then contact the hotel and let them know that I checked out earlier that morning. The agent then tells me that the other room I booked was extended. How was that even possible without me being there, no ID requested, no CC presented, nor a signature? The agent fraudulently used my cc that was on file for incidentals ONLY. I was never contacted at by any hotel staff to approve this purchase. I called the hotel several times asking to be refunded and they refused. The most unprofessional about my issue is, its been 5 days since and management still hasn't contacted me.
