Young man at check in was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat, and provided me with bandaids that I needed. Entire property was very clean. My bed was EXTREMELY comfy ❤️❤️🤠. Breakfast was well above average and Jessica the lady managing the breakfast area was a complete jewel !!!! Seriously 😊.
- HMHailey MooreOct 26, 20252.0This hotel was very difficult to work with when booking a room. I traveled 12 hours to attend a close friends wedding. This friend had a hotel block for this hotel. For part of my stay, I stayed in Nashville and I needed to book 1 night at this location but the bus for the wedding arrives at 3:15pm and check in is at 3:00pm. I asked if there was any possibility of checking in at 12 so we would have time to get ready and the hotel manager was absolutely not nice about it. He said no accommodations are allowed to be made, so if I wanted to check in early, it would need to be the day before by booking an extra night. So unfortunately I had to book an EXTRA night because this hotel would not work with me on anything. Our toilet was broken and wobbled every time I sat down, and our sink didn’t drain whatsoever.
