  Booked because I've been staying in best Western all week across the country, denied because of my service animals. Super slap in the face. Don't come here with animals.

  Staff/service friendly. Felt a little sketched out by the location but it is what it is. They have obviously revamped this motel and for the most part they’ve done a good job and the rooms look like the photos. Walls were clean which almost never happens so props on that for sure but they should probably replace the old carpeting to be up to par with the rest of the room. My main complaint was the dirty linens (heavily stained bed skirt and towels) followed by the obvious lack of thorough cleaning and large watermark in the bathroom.

  A decent place to stay for the price. Beds were clean, albeit not the most comfortable. Definitely bring your own pillows. The hvac units are automatic and you cannot turn them on or off, no matter how hot or cold you are. This was the biggest issue I had as I woke up many times in the night freezing and could not turn the heat on. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors having a normal conversation. Vent in bathroom, can see straight thru to another room bia their vent. I did get handicap accessible room as I have someone recovering from a brain injury. But the recent weather made this difficult as majority of the parking lot was iced over and I was disappointed that the handicapped parking spot was not cleared off at least. Most people who stayed had to park on the outter edge of the parking lot and walk over the ice to get to their rooms, including us. Tvs are smart TVs, but I had the hardest time trying to connect both of our phones to watch YouTube. Ended up just wtching Cast Away. WiFi was incredibly slow, just use your mobile data if you can. All in all, I would stay again for the price. Would like to see a few improvements though.

  My wife and I stayed here for a week while our power was out during the Tennessee ice storm. The staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly, keeping the rooms turned over and the free breakfast hot and ready to go. I’m sure their job wasn’t easy with their hotel being so busy and ice covering everything, but they did an amazing job! Thank you, Best Western Dickson
