Friendly, courteous, helpful and just flat out great people to be around. The king suite was spacious, the fireplace was something I didn't expect, kept the room warm and cozy. Bed and pillows were comfy. The patio on the back was nice as well. The breakfast was kept stocked and fresh. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

Although it had a roll in shower with a shower seat, and an accessible sink, the toilet didn't have room for a wheelchair to roll beside it for ease of transfer. The room had space for my wheelchair to get around, but the beds were too high for proper wheelchair transfer to bed. Breakfast area was fairly accessible, but the hot dishes had attached lids that I couldn't full open or reach to close without burning my arm. The hotel was in need of some TLC, but it was clean. Every employee was very helpful and nice.

But, once we got in our room, I immediately started sneezing. My nose was acting up and I just thought it was because of the cold weather. This went on all night, sneezing and nose running. Then in the morning when brushing my teeth, I looked up while gargling water to rinse, at night I use a mouth wash to swish and spit. I looked up while gargling and noticed black mold all over the ceiling. I reported it when checking out at 9am 11/29. The lady I reported it to,had no care about it and shrugged it off like black mold is nothing! I hate leaving reviews.... but when something like this happens.... they make me do this to get it fixed! If staying here... check your bathroom ceilings before accepting the room!
