She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful every time I needed assistance. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate ASHLEY excellent service and would gladly rate her very highly.

- BMBrian MuckMar 26, 20262.0Upon arrival the clerk asked If I had been called about the elevator being out, I responded no. It was late and been on the road all day and ready to get some rest. We carried 2, 50 pound suitcases to the 3rd floor. Then went for ice and those were broke. remote was not working and just a room that was not worth the price. Pool was out. Parking lot had was packed with a huge truck and trailer parked sideways. Traffic out of the hotel parking is around the McDonalds. Didn't eat since the food didn't look appetizing. Wont stay here again. After research the elevator has been reported for past 7 months of being out. Manager responds its due to renovation of the elevator and pool. Never saw anyone working on it or the pool.
