- AAAndy4 days ago1.0Notified my reservation for 3 nights had been canceled by the hotel. I had no input in that decision, no issue was brought to my attention other than the notification. Then, instead of refunding the entire amount, they withheld the cost one night's stay because of the cancelation they implemented and are now dragging their feet providing a refund. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CANELATION AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

But all down here after that; we had a room with 2 queen beds. One bed had a large area where it felt the the mattress was missing. Both beds were lumpy and the pillows were horrific. At least get some decent beds for people to sleep.
