Room cleanliness could use some work and would rate at a 5. I'm used to consistency at holiday inn express...they breakfast was anything but consistent. We travel this route every few months and I will no stay here again.

The breakfast was good and nothing ran out. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Everything in the room worked and was in good shape. Our room was smaller than an identical room type in a different Holiday Inn Express earlier in our trip, but I understand there will be differences in a more rural area like Crossville. The staff was PHENOMENAL — every single person was friendly and helpful.

I am so thankful for their customer service and their willingness to communicate with us, provide a refund, and address the issue. While what we dealt with wasn't pleasant, their customer service was beyond what I hoped for and I want to say thank you. Our family enjoyed the cookies in the lobby, unlimited coffee, cinnamon rolls, and veggie omelets.
