I am so thankful for their customer service and their willingness to communicate with us, provide a refund, and address the issue. While what we dealt with wasn't pleasant, their customer service was beyond what I hoped for and I want to say thank you. Our family enjoyed the cookies in the lobby, unlimited coffee, cinnamon rolls, and veggie omelets.

After my stay at that hotel, I ended up having to get an exterminator for my home costing me thousands of dollars, 2 emergency visits and Thanksgiving alone!!! I reached out to them and ask to be reimbursed for the room and some help towards the exterminator and of course they denied.. even when I sent proof and information from the exterminator company.

Then, instead of refunding the entire amount, they withheld the cost one night's stay because of the cancelation they implemented and are now dragging their feet providing a refund. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CANELATION AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
