  Great place to stop on a trip between Nashville and Knoxville. Clean with friendly staff. Close to the highway for easy on/off but no road noise when in room.

  I will never stay at this facility again! From trying for over 2 months to get a block of rooms or discount code with 0 returned calls or emails from Monica in group sales, to your staff canceling prepaid rooms for guests with confirmation numbers in hand, it was a dumpster fire of a trip. The hotel itself is beautiful. The onsite restaurant and bar, very nice and very good food but the overall experience was HORRENDOUS! The only positive was the exceptional service from Quentin at the front desk. Had it not been for his TIRELESS efforts to get our friends with a special needs son a room since theirs had been canceled by management before arriving at NO FAULT of their own and they had a confirmation number, they would have had to have left and either drove 2.5 hours back home or tried other towns close by to try and find a room. Nevermind the fact that the room was dirty when they finally got one (thanks to an early checkout) but NO ONE from housekeeping was willing to come and clean it AND she was told she couldn't clean it herself. What was she supposed to do? The way we were treated by your group sales team starting in February plus the other headaches faced upon arrival, I will not do business with this location again. It honestly makes me question staying at an IHG property going forward knowing they treat their guests this way.

  The ac didn't work and they didn't even try to fix it till 1pm the next day. I had to physically reset the ac panel in our room and got it working but yet the staff couldn't. The TV remote sucked wouldnt even work half the time and I had to charge it 3 different times. Didn't offer a discount or to even switch rooms. We came for a get away and it was burning up and could barely flip the channels. Poor was humid inside and had way to many ppl and kids in it even at 12pm. Bed was big and soft but the pillows were so small and flat I had to go buy extra just to sleep. Bathroom was nice but had no water pressure in the shower. Probably won't be coming back

  Super impressed. Spacious Rooms. Rooftop restaurant and bar is just perfect. Food really good and reasonable. Extensive drink list menu.
