I’m pregnant with two toddlers and this kept me up all night when sleep was much needed. I had video of this beeping as well and it only stopped the next morning when I unplugged everything in the room. Both employees at the desk just said oh I’m sorry without offering a solution or some rewards back or anything at all, so I’m not sure why there are promises written on the walls to “let us make it right.” We are at the highest level loyalty level and this was our only bad experience with this chain. Not to mention the shower gel and soap was completely empty in the shower.

I checked out and asked to speak with the manger (Misty Reed) Who was not only absolutely rude she was unsympathetic and stated with a smirk there would be zero compensation because there’s no proof? Meanwhile I have bites all over my legs and see video attached. As a Hilton member this is absolutely unacceptable. My company will be removing this location from their platform and I will certainly be contacting Hilton. Updated review/ altering checking out of the hotel. Finding them on my belongings. AWFUL. Absolutely awful.
