Meh. Lazy maintenance. Lots of water stains on ceilings. Soak those shower heads in vinegar once a month. Calcium buildup is gross looking and is simple maintenance.

Beware. This place is in rough shape. Arrived around 1:40 a.m. on Dec 24 after a 9-hour drive and the property was clearly not clean. The lobby floor was sticky, the phones were covered in grime, and our first room had a door that would not latch and could be opened without unlocking. The second room was unsanitary — dirty surfaces, heavily stained duvets, food debris and dried spills on sheets and pillowcases. Despite being presented as “cleaned,” it clearly was not. We had to leave around 3 a.m. and find another hotel at a higher cost. No manager ever contacted us. This appears to be a systemic housekeeping and oversight issue. Very disappointing.

This property is very dirty, and you get what you pay for. We were told the room had been cleaned and were assured it was ready; however, that was clearly not the case. The floor was filthy, and our shoes would stick to it. The bedding had large black stains, with something red smeared on the sheets, and there was visible old food smeared across them as well. The bathtub was dripping water and could not be shut off, and there was red mold around the drain and on the tub floor. When we showed the front desk photos of the condition of the room, the employee appeared appalled and stated that he had been told the room was clean. The room door would not shut tightly and had a large gap between the door and frame—large enough to stick your hand through. If you want to stay in a hotel that feels like a New York City alleyway, this is the place. Otherwise, I strongly recommend choosing one of the better hotels nearby.

This hotel is in dire need of some updates and cleaning. Carpet was dirty, inside the toilet was dirty, bathroom had mold on the walls, there was a live roach in my bathroom, and the furniture in the dining room is looking bad.

I called this hotel because I have a prosthetic leg and I drive a semi truck they told me they have truck parking which due to construction they don't!! I need a room with the rollinshower so that I can take a shower. My office booked the room. Normally if my office books the incorrect type of room I can walk inside and talk to the folks at the front desk and they can fix it even though it's through a third party just because of the disability issue. When I arrived at the property the young lady refused to talk to me on the phone about where I could park at. And then I went inside and explained the issue like I have multiple times at multiple other Holiday inns and was giving a standard double Queen room and couldn't take a shower because she didn't care that I had a prosthetic leg.
