  Good location. But the rooms really need a refresh.

  During my stay, I was forced to change rooms four separate times due to the presence of roaches and bed bugs. Furthermore, the rooms were poorly maintained, with visible mold in both the bathrooms and the living areas. The lobby and hallways were similarly messy and neglected. I have stayed at this location frequently and spent a significant amount of money here, but after my most recent experience, I will never return. The state of this hotel has become completely unacceptable. First, the staff/ management was incredibly unprofessional. Several employees smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence while on duty, one housekeeper was nodding then the next day seemed to be tweaking so I kept an eye on her and a group stayed outside in a van for 30 mins No telling what they were doing in there. Mind you myself and others all seen it through the window when we all ate breakfast. When I tried to address issues with them, they were dismissive and rude rather than helpful. It is clear that the owner has lost control of the quality and safety of this property and of the management. I strongly advise anyone looking for a place to stay to book at one of the nearby alternatives instead. This was a health hazard and a total waste of money. They need all new management that’s professional and cares about their customers. If they drugged tested the staff I bet most of them would fail. I mean we all smell it on them and see them doing it in plain sight which is insane for a company to allow! I would put 0 stars if I could which makes me sad because my wife and i and our 2 children always come to this hotel for 3 weeks out of a month every couple of months since I travel for work, but I will take my business elsewhere. Due to these severe health and safety violations I intend to report the property to the local health department to ensure other guests are not put at risk. I have documented these issues as well!

  Yikes stay away!! Literally found a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we first arrived. We should have just left but I went to the front desk and she gave us a new room. We got to that room and the sheets were disheveled, had hair and what looked like scabs on them. The drawer from the dresser was broken out of it and there was a mirror that you could tell had literally only been cleaned halfway. Again, should have left but we didn’t. I went to the front desk again and she gave us another room, right next to the cockroach room (gross). The only issue was a broken floor tile in the bathroom but it seemed cleaner at least. We were exhausted after our flight and driving three hours to get there and did not want to have to try and find another hotel so we stayed which I regret doing. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen area smelled horribly of bleach. we were only there for one night so in the morning we planned to just grab a coffee and run. The creamer literally had chunks on the spout so I opened the top and smelled it and it was obviously spoiled. The kitchen staff was there filling food so I let her know and she was quick to bring out a new one but still very gross. I provided feedback and did not hear from anyone at the hotel. Despite previously praising holiday inn this experience has really changed my mind.

  Meh. Lazy maintenance. Lots of water stains on ceilings. Soak those shower heads in vinegar once a month. Calcium buildup is gross looking and is simple maintenance.
