- AWAnn W6 days ago4.0Overall a good experience and I'd stay again, but a few misses. The towels were so thin they were see through in places and one how dark non-optional stains. It was likely "clean" but I just don't like using something that looks dirty after my shower. The other problem was with the heater/air conditioner. Even we when turned the wall unit to off, cold air kept blowing. When we turned up the temp, it would get really hot, then cool off to the point where a lot of cold air was blowing across the bed, then once I wrapped up tight in the blankets, the heater would kick back in and we the cycle would repeat itself.

The first room i was given had multiple lady bugs all on the ceiling in the corner of the room. I was told Cookeville is having a outbreak of lady bugs and it's normal for this time of year. The lady at the front desk quickly with no issues gave me a new room that was spotless and I never seen a bug for the rest of the week I was there. I recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay that is safe and quiet. Great staff and no issues.

You can collect toothbrush, shaver and water at the concierge. There's a gym and indoor heated swimming pool at level 1 and a restaurant at level 5. Try to avoid rooms located at level 4 which are directly below restaurant as the noise of chairs dragging can be annoying.
