L’endroit est calme, parfait pour passer une nuit tranquille, avec une literie confortable et un parking gratuit, ce qui est très pratique. Quelques points pourraient cependant être améliorés : la présence de savon solide plutôt que liquide, des chambres qui ne sont pas nettoyées pendant le séjour, ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner assez simple et répétitif. Malgré cela, cela reste une bonne option pour un court passage à Cookeville.

- PMPatty MacDuffMar 24, 20264.0We arrived at the Best Western with our booked reservation on Sunday, March 22, at 6:50 p.m. There were three people in line in the lobby; and three more arrived after us. All during the time we were waiting (the couple before us had to sit down as they couldn’t stand that long), LISA was on the phone. Probably booking a new reservation, however, I BELIEVE IT WAS EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE of her not to take care of the in-person clients first—and call the other person back in a few minutes. After she finished her call, she apologized to the first three guests, but not to us—instead, when it was our turn, she chose to talk with Khush who had come on for her shift. Then she left. Khush was very polite and I told her that I felt Lisa’s behavior toward paying guests was unacceptable for the Best Western chain. Fortunately, after a poor first impression, we were very pleased with our room—loved the pillows and the double sink. Someone should address this incident with Lisa.

We had two rooms and they gave us adjoining rooms with inside doors which was perfect. It was in a safe lactation and had quick access to stores & restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay for our family with young children.
