  Disappointed. Booked and paid for a large room, get here in less than 45 minutes, and I get downgraded to a regular room because they “overbooked”. Really????? Townplace Suites is almost next door. If you want a standard room, stay here. Otherwise, there are other options that don’t bait and switch you……

  The hotel seemed new and the rooms were clean; however, the air conditioner in our room made terrible noises every time it came on- so much so that we turned it off during the night so we could sleep. When we reported it to the desk manager that morning, her reply was just, “sorry about that” and she went on with straightening her desk.

  This is beautiful new hotel. The rooms are super clean and very spacious!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ten out of ten recommend!!! The free breakfast is a huge plus also!!!

  Air conditioner in bedroom was making loud noise and would not turn off. Was told no other rooms available but would call maintenance to see if could be looked at even though it was already late in the evening. Since was going to dinner anyway I left my cell number and asked for a call once maintenance had been contacted. After more than an hour I called only to be told sorry maintenance couldn’t help tonight. Then had to look for and book another room at almost 9 pm. Terrible communication and customer service would not recommend.
