I know these bugs are harmless, but I find it terribly difficult to sleep with ANY sort of insect crawling over or near my head. As we got rid of 5, we would find five more. It was extremely unnerving. The hotel was sold out so they gave us no other options and since it was past midnight we were forced to endure a sleepless night. Upon reaching out to the manager the following week, I was refunded $50. That was not alot for a room I spent more than triple that value to stay in and was not able to sleep. The reason for the 2 stars is the manager who refunded the money was extremely apologetic.
