Michelle and the rest of the staff have been phenomenal! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the Cleveland area! Also, the rooms were very clean and it was a super enjoyable stay all around!

- TRTamberlyn ReidNov 30, 20252.0This hotel was honestly not terrible, but there were about 15-20 lady bugs and stink bugs in our room. I know these bugs are harmless, but I find it terribly difficult to sleep with ANY sort of insect crawling over or near my head. As we got rid of 5, we would find five more. It was extremely unnerving. The hotel was sold out so they gave us no other options and since it was past midnight we were forced to endure a sleepless night. Upon reaching out to the manager the following week, I was refunded $50. That was not alot for a room I spent more than triple that value to stay in and was not able to sleep. The reason for the 2 stars is the manager who refunded the money was extremely apologetic.
