    Love this hotel. Everything is great. Room, bed, breakfast and staff are all top rate. We always stay here when traveling. Highly recommend.

    Stayed a couple of days for a wedding. The room was decent and clean enough. Staff was nice and I had no problem with my reservation or rate although others in my party did. Now for the cons. The room was HOT! Temp did not get below 76 although I kept trying to lower it. They had a fan I used because I had already unpacked everything. I had to call down for toilet paper as no extra was left and TV is streaming only so no local channels and you are limited on what you could watch.

    I have to give a shout out to this hotel. Very clean rooms very clean shower great people. I have to give a shout out to Marissa the lady that works at the front desk extremely nice and funny. She gave me a complementary toothbrush and toothpaste. Thank you again! The breakfast was top notch. If y’all are ever in Cleveland Tennessee, you need to stay at this hotel and ask for Marissa

    We had the most positive experience at Hampton inn Cleveland Tennessee! My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 3 boys while visiting the area. We were blessed with the kindest staff members who went above and beyond for us. Kim who works at the front desk with guest services was the sweetest lady she always had a smile on her face and was willing to accommodate and make us feel comfortable however possible. The staff working at the breakfast bar were all friendly and helpful as well. The indoor pool was warm and my kids had a blast swimming in it. This was the best experience we have had with a hotel with any of our travels so far. If we come to Cleveland area in the future we will be back to stay here again!

    Well, this was an interesting experience. The hotel's key card maker apparently had given up the ghost about a week before we arrived and corporate (or whomever) had not managed to get them a new one/repair the in-place one yet. As such, the staff had to escort guests to their rooms and open the doors with their master key cards every single time. Holy cow. Micah was on duty the evening we arrived and he was extremely cordial, friendly, and helpful. By this point he and the rest of the staff had worked out their system and were used to it. We will give all of them credit: All had positive attitudes about it, but know they will be relieved to have that issue fixed. The breakfast was sparse, with cases not full of items and in general weak offerings. Another Hampton we stayed at for 4 nights in West Virginia had fresh mixed fruit in the mornings, which was a huge welcome surprise, as getting healthy food for breakfast in a hotel setup is generally challenging. Otherwise, the stay was fine. Nothing really stood out as exceptional, though the entire place and our room was very clean.
