Rooms were clean enough, but small. They seem to have maybe recently remodeled/renovated them. The breakfast was good, nothing special. It is located near other hotels and is easy to get to.

Unfortunately, I accidentally booked my stay incorrectly by one day and realized it as soon as I got the confirmation from booking (10 minutes later). When I immediately tried to change the reservation by one day the hotel manager refused to budge on the no refund/changes policy. And while this was admittedly my error, the lack of understanding or customer service has left a poor taste. If this is the customer service and understanding you get on the front end, I can only imagine what it is like when you actually stay here. While I am certain it will not impact the business in the slightest, I will not be staying at this hotel when I am in the area.

Stated here on a motorcycle ride with friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing. John checked us in and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had been on the road for 3 days and most every hotel we stayed at, was horrible customer service. John was quick, efficient, and super all around. He recommended we eat at “city diner” for dinner. Was also amazing. Rooms were clean, coffee , latte, or espresso 24/7. Thank you John for taking care of us.

The staff was very pleasant, and the accommodations were clean. The breakfast was also quite good. However, our room, number 216, was situated in a location where the sound of the doors opening and closing could be heard throughout the night, which might be a concern for light sleepers.
