- JJJessApr 11, 20265.0I had an amazing stay! I was on a cross country trip and my brakes went out late at night so needed an emergency stop until I could get them fixed but I had a pet with me. I found this hotel and Kenny at the front desk made my rough day so much better with his kindness and his happy outlook! The room was very clean and reasonably priced! The breakfast was the typical fair, but again, the hostess was delightful and everything was very clean! The front desk employee this morning was lovely and accommodating when I mentioned I'd have to leave my pet alone while I got the brakes fixed. Truly a great stay made possible by wonderful people!

We booked 2 nights this hotel and we are 2 adult and 1 kid we booked king size bed with sofa bed when we checked in they give us king size bed no sofa bed and we have sleep 3 people in king size bed . They change next night with sofa bad but sofa bed it’s really dirty and lots hair for dog so I have to sleep again in king size bed with 3 people. Service and front desk staff is very help full and great . Room is not clean and room service is not clean . Please see pictures . Also found few aunts in room . There is not hot water in room . This hotel is not qualify for IHG . I have been stay so many IHG but this my worse experience.
- OOOuttaApr 2, 20265.0Location was right off the highway and very conveniently placed near the mall and several restaurants. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfy. Kenny and Teri at the front desk were kind, helpful, and very professional. Robin in the breakfast area kept the food presentable, the area SPOTLESS, and was just so sweet and attentive. I greatly enjoyed my stay.
