We love the Tru by Hilton Hotels, and this one was as good or better than any of them. We had two small problems. Someone in the room above us in the middle of the night was very noisy, running around. It sounded as if they were jumping on the floor and walking very loudly. It was around midnight when this was happening so my wife called the front desk and ask if anything could be done. The lady who answered said she would take care of it, but the issue continued for a very long time. So needless to say we lost some sleep. The other issue was when we got our room initially we opened the door and someone was already occupying the room. There was two people in the beds. We immediately closed the door and went back to the front desk and got a different room. No real damage was done, thankfully. I'm not even sure the people woke up. But it was quite embarrassing fir my wife and I. This is the main reason I didn't rate hotel at five stars. The staff was great, and the room was great.

I normally don’t leave reviews for hotels but I will say, the staff at this one is amazing. I caught a bug while I was in town for work, the lady downstairs was so sweet, she got me some orange juice, tea, medicine & and was just so sweet.

(See the pictures and decide for yourself) I can't say anything about the other room's this hotel offers but as for the handicapped rooms they are god awful in the way of accommodations and decor aside for the fact of wheelchair accessibility which is only achieved because there is next to nothing in the room aside from a bed, small desk and tv, the room is so plain and bare and is the first hotel room I've seen in a long time that doesn't even have a microwave, and for the price of $180 a night and that is insane to think that it lacks even that I've been in hole in the wall hotels with more going for them than this room does regardless if all they have available are handicapped rooms i would recommend going to another hotel unless that is an accommodation you require for your stay of course.
