  Honestly the service was fine but I am not a fan of the minimalist decor and there's no amenities in the room. No coffee maker especially. Room was very small. Breakfast was nothing really powdered eggs and yucky sausage.

  Extremely disappointed with this booking. Spent the extra money for a fun hotel with amenities. Description was not accurate -pool was closed and there was no arcade. We were originally given a dirty room, changed promptly to a clean room, but it was in rough shape. Not worth the extra money. Stayed at Garner a week ago for $60 less a night and it was much nicer, cleaner and the pool was working.

  I will not stay elsewhere in Clarksville. The hotel is clean, and the amenities are amazing. The staff, especially Nicole, are all top notch. You won’t find a better hotel, with better staff. Keep up the great work!

  A little backstory here. My husband Myself and my stepdaughter had to fly in from North Carolina on a whim Friday, February 13 because my mother-in-law was actively dying at the hospital in Clarksville. My husband is a Hilton reward member, 4 AM. We stepped into this establishment to see about getting a room through Monday with the anticipation that his mother would pass between now and then. We were on the phone with a representative with Hilton, who also was on the phone with the front desk, employee Rebecca I believe what’s her name. To honor an early check-in without charging us. , employee Rebecca I believe what’s her name. To honor an early check in without charging us extra. Given the circumstances. Very kind of him I would like to say. However, we were not greeted with a smile by Rebecca, and she was unwilling to accommodate us in that way. There was never any polite tone in her voice. She was incredibly rude and condescending even talking down to the gentleman on the phone in a rude manner asking him if he even spoke English, she told him plainly she would not honor what he was requesting, and that she had the final say. That she had done her night audit and she wasn’t going to change anything on our behalf, considering the situation. Now I understand that rules are rules, and some things cannot be done to accommodate people. We went to another hotel by Hilton, actually a neighbor to this specific location and the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. My mother-in-law passed away the very next day. And we very much enjoyed staying at the neighboring hotel by Hilton. Home2 suites I would highly recommend just hopping over there especially if you’re coming in during third shift. People like Rebecca shouldn’t be working with the public. Period.

  Clarksville Pool and Leisure has had the opportunity to work with Tru by Hilton in Clarksville for several years now, and it’s rare to see a hotel managed at this level. The property is consistently well-maintained, organized, and clearly cared for from top to bottom. The staff is always professional, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in the condition of their building and the experience of everyone who walks through the doors. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. Susan (the Manager) does an outstanding job leading and communicating. It shows in how smoothly everything operates and in the pride the team takes in the property. Clarksville Pool and Leisure truly enjoys servicing this hotel. In this area, it’s uncommon to find this level of management and attention to detail. Clarksville is fortunate to have them.
