    Edit #2: Your reply says to contact the GM. I have already done this and the GM, Tiffany Dunn, is extremely disrespectful and saying that their chargers work and insinuating that I do not know how to charge my own vehicle. The chargers did not work. Home 2 Suites website states: "We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren't completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night's on us." The GM has not made it right. Edit: Now only 1 Star because the manager tried defending the hotel saying that the EV chargers do work. This is a lie, as I tried multiple times with the different stations that they have. And what does she offer, 5000 Hilton points, what a joke. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay. I chose this specific Hilton property primarily because it advertised on-site EV charging—a feature I verified with the front desk before paying for my room. Upon checking in, I discovered the chargers were not functional. I contacted the front desk and the employee discovered that they were tagged out and locked at the breaker. This inconsistency between your advertised amenities and reality has caused significant disruption to my travel plans, as I now had to wake up early to find a public charging station. Furthermore, the room condition was well below Hilton standards. Specifically, I noted: Peeling wallpaper and poorly maintained flooring and baseboards in the bathroom. Extremely low water pressure in the shower. A loose, unstable toilet.

    If I could this hotel a 0 I most definitely would we arrived for a two night stay upon arriving everything seemed good, friendly front desk, however once it reached about 830 it was as down hill from there. Someone was smoking weed in their room it was so strong we could smell it in our room along with the hallway meanwhile I have a 10 month old and 3 year old with serve allergies. The smell caused my children to have allergic reaction. The front was made aware of the situation only to respond back with its been like that the past few nights an we don’t know who it is! There were multiple people complaining on the 4th floor about the situation. My husband was advised to contact the GM on Monday which we will be doing. As diamond members who spend a lot of money with the Hilton this is not how we expect situations to be handle.

    I've been through a lot of hotels this year and, while the rooms were nothing special, the staff sure was. Room is as expected, nothing bad, nothing good. It's really the people that make the stay special. They had spooky things for hallowed, a pumpkin competition and even gave us candy. On top of that I was working nights yet they made sure I'd get some too. Plus the new snacks and limonade every day.
