  Attentive service from everyone encountered. Location is ideal. ..multiple restaurants at nice price points, three minutes from the mall which Dilliards, Home Goods, Belks, Target, Walmart, and many more options.

  Comfy cozy little apartment away from home. The rooms decor style screams wild 90s vibe(color wise) And I live for it. It's all updated tvs, kitchens. It's awesome. The front desk is always friendly and respects my ESA dog and Insulin pup in training. They offer free food, snacks breakfast and even pup treats at the entrance! Best place to stay when you need a place to crash ♡ I absolutely adore this place. We were there for a month straight (My husband works traveling construction) and we loved every single night. Quiet neighbors the walls are very good about quieting the...romantic nightly guest if you know what I mean. You can't hear anything but people talking loud in the hallway which is rare. I fell in love with this place! :) if we ever end up back out this way, we will request to stay here! :)

  1. Towels literally have nasty stains and still put on display. They don’t even try to hide the stain. 2. Depressing “fitness center” 3. In the middle of the night, came back to the hotel my phone froze so I couldn’t get into my room with my digital key. I proceeded to the front desk, no one present so I called for help. I heard rustling down the hall behind reception. Then a man pushing a tray of snacks walks down the hall. I proceed to ask him if he works here or can help me with my issue. He literally just ignores my presence on earth and proceeds to keep restocking muffins. I tried asking him multiple times with no answer. Eventually my phone restarted and I got into my room, no thanks to the staff. 4. 8+ EV only parking stalls at the front of the hotel?Color me shocked if they EVER have all stalls full at one time, leading to inconvenience with signs threatening being towed if you park in any of the 6 empty spots.

  Edit #2: Your reply says to contact the GM. I have already done this and the GM, Tiffany Dunn, is extremely disrespectful and saying that their chargers work and insinuating that I do not know how to charge my own vehicle. The chargers did not work. Home 2 Suites website states: "We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren't completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night's on us." The GM has not made it right. Edit: Now only 1 Star because the manager tried defending the hotel saying that the EV chargers do work. This is a lie, as I tried multiple times with the different stations that they have. And what does she offer, 5000 Hilton points, what a joke. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay. I chose this specific Hilton property primarily because it advertised on-site EV charging—a feature I verified with the front desk before paying for my room. Upon checking in, I discovered the chargers were not functional. I contacted the front desk and the employee discovered that they were tagged out and locked at the breaker. This inconsistency between your advertised amenities and reality has caused significant disruption to my travel plans, as I now had to wake up early to find a public charging station. Furthermore, the room condition was well below Hilton standards. Specifically, I noted: Peeling wallpaper and poorly maintained flooring and baseboards in the bathroom. Extremely low water pressure in the shower. A loose, unstable toilet.
