  As you pull onto Cracker Barrel Drive, you'll notice two Holiday Inn branded hotels side by side. Enaure you're going to the right one if you have reservations. The parking lot is well paved. It's easy to navigate and find a space. Arrive before the contractors as large trucks can take up multiple spaces. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. She was able to get me me checked in quickly. The hotel was rather full, but after 10 we didn't hear much. As we walked into our room, we noted how clean and simple it was. There was a large TV on the wall and a nice desk. The desk had USB plugs but I opted for the wall outlet to charge my laptop. WiFi is free and the speeds were decent enough to hold my VPN connection. The bathroom was spotless and the walk in shower with sliding glass doors was great. The mattress was firm. A little too firm for my liking but my wife enjoyed it. The pillows were a match of soft and firm. Overall, the hotel was a great stop to rest up on before hitting the road the next day.

  I stayed at Garner Hotel for 2 nights, the first night there was no steady heat in the room, the heat would run 3-5 min and the air condition would come on for a long time. Room was ice cold, my daughter told the front desk and the person said the maintenance man will fix it first thing in the morning. So when I went down for breakfast and asked what time the maintenance man would be in, the new from desk person said they don’t work on the weekends. I immediately said I need to change rooms, she sent to a room down the hall from where I was and went to the room and the key did not work and a baby was crying continuously. Went back to the desk and got another key for a different room. When I got to that room the heat worked good, so I had to pack our stuff up and move it. I failed to mention in the first room the hot water never got hot and it was the same for the second room. My daughter took the car to pick up her sister, I assumed they thought I was gone. As I was sitting working some paperwork or sewing, out the blue in walked a housekeeper, she did not knock just walk in my using a key and said I didn’t know anyone was in here, that’s very suspect. Also, the variety of food was less than favorable mostly pork no other choices. I was very saddened by the way things went because I paid extra money for a really nice room. So more than than likely I will think twice about returning to this establishment.

  Not as lovely as previously reviewed, but hoped the breakfast might leave a better impression. Sadly, no. Reheated pancake eggs and sausage. Not again.

  Came to visit family this & hotel is honestly a hidden gym would definitely recommend everything is super clean. The front guest people are really nice, especially Kris he is so great
