- JCJoe CararieOct 24, 20252.0We stayed in June of '25 and again in October '25. The first time was great! Pros: Both times the staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do. Cons: During our October trip, the fire alarms and/or sprinkler system were out of order. The posted sign by the elevator said staff would be actively monitoring all floors for smoke. I did not observe this happening during my stay. We arrived Wednesday and left Sunday. Housekeeping did not enter our room on Thursday or Friday. Each night I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. Each time the staff said they'd be sure someone would be there the next day. Housekeeping finally did visit on Saturday. The breakfast was unexceptional. Next visit to Clarksville, we'll try one of the hotels across the street.

They didn't have service for your room on a consistent basis due to short staff, but thier front desk was working thier butts off. Special shout out to Hannah she's a real one. She helped me when I was sick, helped me with my laundry, and she is a absolute pleasure to conversate with. Other than that, Hannah would be the only reson why this hotel is even worth it. I hope they give her a raise, because she truly do go above and beyond. Keep up the good work Hannah, you deserve the recognition.

We met Chris who was so kind dealing with a half brain dead person like me He made me laugh and loved on my service dog, you can tell he is a great person and has a kind heart. Chris was so helpful and made the check in a breeze, wish more people were like him.
