I want to shout out Ms. Sharee and Amanda as two exceptional staff members! As a result of the government shutdown, Fort Campbell unfortunately had to cancel their graduation ceremony for Soldiers about 2 weeks out from the event (NOV 21st). My family had booked their hotel through a third party so we were consistently given the run-around on trying to cancel until Ms. Sharee and Amanda stepped in to directly assist us with the third-party company. My family was sure they wouldn't be refunded due to the booking clause but this staff saved us hundreds of dollars due to an unforeseen event and stayed in communication until it was fixed. Thank you all for what you do!

Overpriced for dated rooms and terrible traffic noise. Not much on a "wow" factor. I will definitely look for other options if we come back.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Our server, Cameron, was first class- very professional, polite and attentive. Good job!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights for his work. I loved that the rooms were spacious. We had to do a double bed room because the king bed rooms were sold out on the first night. I was specifically in room 716 and want to point out that the views of the river and landscape from the room were spectacular. The problem arose at night when we wanted to sleep and the inconsistent a/c unit roared awake. It was sooo loud. It woke us up repeatedly throughout the night and each day seemed to get louder each night. Also it didn’t have the option to have the fan on constantly so when it turned off, we became hot and that too caused us to wake.
I thought it was weird that we had to pay 5 dollars a night for parking.
I think the best part of this hotel was Antoine’s amazing service at the front desk and how happy he was to step in and help out the understaffed restaurant. It’s so refreshing to see staff that are excited and happy to work and give good service. I would’ve given the service 5 stars solely based on Antoine, however, I did experience other front desk members that were not so nice nor helpful. Also, 2 out of our 3 nights. The food service staff were short due to call offs which caused long waits and poor service. I would like to point out that I ordered a double steak burger on the menu. I even looked at the pictures online before ordering it. The staff brought out a thick single patty burger. When we asked about the difference, the bartender said “you still get the same amount of meat, we just change it sometimes” and walked away. I was so disappointed, the burger was nothing like advertised, I took two bites and didn’t eat anymore, she never once offered to switch it out with something that they actually had from the menu.
I know it’s a hotel but the food was expensive. The only good tasting food we had there was the breakfast and the wings. The bacon was phenomenal. The dinner food was terrible (except the wings) and everytime we had it, we regretted it. The drinks were overpriced.
The gym was nice and spacious. There were never any other guests in there at the same time as me and it had a decent variety.
