Grace and Sam, front desk are so kind and friendly, Velvet does a wonderful job in room hospitality. I truly feel like I’m home when I stay here. Love ❤️
- CCcyndie60545Dec 12, 20251.0So sorry but not a good stay. 1st I requested an early check-in due to the event I was attending. They NEVER came back and said NO so assumed we were all set. Nope, got there and turned down! Ended up riding around for hours, then came back and still couldn't even get a room to change. Surely ONE room was cleaned by then! So we ended up changing in the PUBLIC WASHROOM to make our event. 2nd FINALLY got room, then after being up could NOT sleep comfortably! Why because the Carbon Detector went off! The solution to fix.. they SIMPLY UNPLUGGED and removed from the room! What kind of good night sleep was that! Shame on them! I never felt so UNSAFE before. I called the emailed main corporate and got a response that they would get back! Well guess what, NOBODY did! So that's how you treat your guests? Unsafe room?

It's away from the mess of a road that is the strip, but close enough to where you don't have to go far to get anything you'd need. Definitely recommend this hotel over the others in the area. Plus, all of the staff have been super helpful and accommodating.
