Room had multiple broken pieces of furniture and fixtures. Parking was a nightmare. May damage your car just trying to get into their Chinese finger puzzle of a lot. Also, they will charge you, daily, for the experience. A continental breakfast with powdered eggs costs you 21$ a person. All around a dismal experience. Stay somewhere else. Thank me later.
First I’d like to apologize to the hotel staff for not doing this sooner. My work travel schedule is so hectic… sometimes things get away from me.
However, I had Sharee (front desk) give me note with the names of the individual’s that took care of me… to include herself as she made sure my room billing issue was attended to; moved rooms, but was showing two rooms still accessible in the Hilton app.
Then, there’s Antonio, who was responsible for moving me as there was an issue with the A/C. Also, Antonio personally brought a bathroom item up to my room!!!
Lastly, Jennifer, who checked me in on 30 MAR - 03 APR 26. She shared as much hotel info as she could. Also, provided me with the hotel parking pass.
My stay at this property was awesome. Close proximity to my work. Great employees. Also, breakfast was very good!!! Highly recommend you try it if you can.
I’d like to thank the staff that assisted me during my stay. Look forward to returning for another great experience!!!

I had an amazing experience at the DoubleTree, and I want to specifically recognize Antonio at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I felt taken care of.
Antonio’s positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the guest experience the way he does. Because of him, my stay started off on the perfect note.

I'm going to be fair, but honest... We only stayed one night, we decided on this double tree for the convenience of the location for next day events. We arrived late- after midnight, the place was quiet, with an impressive lobby, check-in service was great, room was great, very large, the thermostat is a little tricky to figure out, there was a strange smell when you get off the elevator to the 3rd floor but the room smelled nice. We called at 9 am next morning to request a late check out. Thomas seemed a bit bothered by the request but gave us an hour, explained that's all they could do, tried to negotiate another 30 minutes, but was not accepted, unfortunate. We managed to get out before 1200 but I will say the next morning we didn't seem valued as Hilton member let alone a diamond member, or a military member with a service dog, because we were charged after check out for a pet fee, even though we put on the reservation we'd be traveling with a service dog. We won't be back, and wouldn't recommend based on the experience upon check out.
