Saw employee place pillow on dirty lobby ground and then gave it to a guest when they asked for extra pillow. We are IHG members & the front desk did not seem to care one bit we had no hot water. No offer for compensation & no offer to move to another room. Nothing! They seemed very annoyed & unconcerned about us having to shower in cold water after being outside in freezing weather playing ball all day. Will never stay here again!!!

Because I read one review that sold it for me. A lady said she traveled a lot for work and they had the most comfortable bed (in her opinion) Well, she was absolutely right!! The beds are awesome!! We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen. It was awesome. We had just came from a $400+ Hyatt Regency hotel in Jacksonville and the bed was hard as granite and the bedding could’ve doubled as patio furniture covers but anyway, This hotel was nicer in my opinion, the bed was super comfortable, the place was clean, they have a good selection for breakfast, the customer service at the front desk was also amazing. I can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond!! We really wanted to rent our room again but they were already booked so she helped us get into another Hilton hotel.
