  No hotel is perfect, but this comes close. Robert at the front desk is unreplaceable. This guy helped me so much. There's tons of things to do within walking distance and the view from my rooms have been amazing. Thanks for the great stay!

  Absolutely do not stay here. Cockroaches, filth, not comfortable. Pool heat & hot tub have been down for months according to reviews and are still down today (March 27 2026) We travel 20 hours by car from MI to the gulf for spring break. This hotel ended up being our halfway point stop so after a long 12 hour day on the road we were looking forward to clean and comfortable. We purchased 2 rooms, ended up having to downgrade 1 because it’s all they had and one of the original rooms was unusable. No towels, loud dirty AC units, floors, walls and furniture should be burned they’re so filthy. Multiple cockroaches found during our stay.

  The only saving grace to this god forsaken hotel was Brittany at the front desk! I gave five stars just because of her honestly. She went above and beyond!

  Brittany was amazing running the social and the front desk by herself. She had a bright spirit and held everything together. The room was cleanish and a decent price, but Brittany’s service made the experience next level.

  If I could give this hotel a 0 star I would. I left this hotel at 6am drove to my next location discovered I had left a bag of clothes behind and called them immediately (by 11:00am) staff said they would have to check with house keeping. I told them I was getting on a cruise and they took my info. I got off the cruise and called them. Westly the manager is aware I have called multiple times about over $500 in clothes yet will not check cameras nor speak with house keeping. He says I am harassing because I keep calling… yet no one has spoke to house keeping.. he just doesn’t see it anywhere. I’ve spoke with a woman a couple times who told me she would ask house keeping yet hasn’t called me back. I called before housekeepers had a chance to get in my room. They took my name and number but yet… no clothes. They are thieves!!! Westly as manager did absolutely nothing to investigate just quickly accused me of harassment and hung up… that should tell you sometching! Police report made
