- DSD SpellDec 6, 20255.0We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Staybridge - Hamilton Place! We were traveling for the first time with our newborn. Because of some bumps in the road with our newborn (mainly throw up, and blowouts 😅) we weren't going to make it to our destination and desperately needed a hotel. I quickly looked up some hotels, and found Staybridge along our route. I was able to call and book a room at 7pm for us. When we arrived at 11pm, the staff was amazing! Willy was so kind to us and helped us get to our room (which was a lifesaver to two exhausted parents!). The room was spacious and clean. It was great having a kitchenette too! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with plenty of options. There were handmade cheesy omelettes and frittatas, yummy Cajun potato cubes, and a yogurt parfait bar, along with typical breakfast foods. I would love to come back and stay again!

The room sizes, full kitchen, hot water are all great. Seems management trys to keep up on repairs, but the rooms are showing their age. The one big problem with every room we have stayed in is the lighting. It is horrible! Especially in the vanity area. All the bulbs seem to be extremely dim. The brown walls add to the dark feeling. One can see this is a very popular hotel. Might be time to start renovations.
