The front desk both morning and evening workers went out of there way to make sure my visit and stay were wonderful. With thanking me for being Diamond Elite they were able to upgrade me to a bigger room than the one that I did have, which was a huge thanks! They were also able to extend my check out which allowed me to relax a little bit and take my time without rushing. I also got to eat breakfast this time around both days, which I’d like to add that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and hot. This will be the hotel I stay when around the Chattanooga area. Thank you all for the wonderful and great service!

Our original room had issues with the hotel toilet flushing (even though other reviews say they’re too powerful, ours could not even handle a tissue) Dealt with it for a day before we had the maintenance man come up. He snaked and plunged, said he may have to pull the toilet if it didn’t improve… so we requested a new room. They were accommodating and moved us. New rooms toilet worked fine. However, now there was a mystery beeping noise we could not find for another 2 days. It wasn’t until the night before check out I finally got on the floor and checked under the built in nightstand. I found a panel (and a lot of mystery stickiness that was very unpleasant) and found it was the power strip they had hidden for the lights, nightstand outlets and lit up headboard. Had to turn it off entirely to get the beeping to stop and we opted to use other outlets in the room. Also, both shower in the original and new room had very poor seams and water poured out of the shower if we didn’t have the head pointed to the opposite corner. Overall, we feel like we would chose a different hotel if we came back to Chattanooga. Being right next to the highway, you can hear sirens from police and fire trucks. The valet is convenient but you shouldn’t have to pay for daily parking with such high room rates. Breakfast was alright, but we found better and more cost effective food in the city. (They charge $17 for an omelet with potatoes.)

The staff was so incredibly nice, the rooms were perfectly clean and beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, and the restaurant food was soooo good! I'll always be on the look out for Hotel Indigos now!
