The staff was welcoming, especially Jackson, who made a great impression with his friendly attitude and helpfulness. Small things like that really make a stay better. Would definitely stay here again.

Got some great food recommendations and there's a TON to do within walking distance of the hotel, and shuttles running across the city from just a few blocks away. Only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance but it wasn't a huge deal for us.

That wasn't the case with this hotel. Prices hiked by literally 70$ over the course of 30 min, due to an event. The in-hotel restaurant served dirty dishes. A water glass with what looked like hardened mayo on the inside. No breakfast. Surprise mandatory valet parking . This was a terrible experience and it could have been very easily solved by updating their information online at least the day before the change. Not the moment of.
