The stay was fine. Everything was clean enough. I did see a bug in one of the drawers so we just kept everything in our suitcase. The hotel was nice and quiet and walkable to many restaurants. Check in was fine, but the front desk staff didn't confirm how long we were staying. No information of when checkout was no information about the restaurant that was connected to the hotel. No information about breakfast. Just not what I'm used to from front desk staff at any hotel.

For a relatively cheap hotel in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, this was such a pleasant experience from the time we arrived till the time we left. Jordan in Valet was so welcoming and totally made a great first impression. Worth the 25 bucks to be parked on site and get the car whenever we needed it. But, we didnt even need it! This hotel is walking distance from the bridge, restaurants of all kinds and right on the Tennessee River. They have everything you can need in their on site shop, from caffeine, snacks and even Tylenol (needed in this cold). we asked to be on the top floor and the guy at the front desk obliged, and gave us a beautiful corner room with a view! All in all, I would recommend this hotel every time we travel to Chattanooga, it was perfect!

It's okay I won't stay there again though. One of the elevators shakes and is scary and the valet that you have no choice to use is very slow....

We were pleasantly surprised to get a corner room during our stay, and it ended up being a great bonus. The room was spotless, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well maintained the bathroom was. You can really tell that the staff take cleaning seriously and pay attention to detail. The location is also excellent. We were able to walk to the aquarium, the movie theater, and several shops nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another great perk is that they have Tesla chargers available, and the daily valet parking fee is well worth it for that convenience alone. Overall, I’m really pleased with this hotel. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well cared for. We will definitely come back for our Chattanooga weekend trips!

Absolutely the WORST hotel experience I have ever had! My husband and I booked a 3 night stay in a King suite with a downtown view. When we arrived the gentleman who checked us in was very kind and check-in went smoothly. We immediately went up to our room, where we discovered we were given the incorrect room a two queen bed standard room, with a terrible view. We immediately went downstairs and spoke to the gentleman once again, he was very kind looked at our account and realized that the hotel itself had OVERBOOKED and sold out our room, resulting in us getting the wrong room. He apologized and stated he would talk to management to make it right, but currently there was nothing he could do as there was no other room available for us and advised us to come back the next day around 1pm and he speak to management and would try and get us moved into the King suite we booked and compensate us for their own mistake. He also gave us a voucher for the breakfast which was nice gesture, but again, this was their mistake not ours. We understand things happen, and were a bit discouraged, but was hopeful things would be made right. The next day we go downstairs and talk to a different gentleman at the front desk and explained the issue and the conversation from the night before, he acted unfazed and basically told us that there was nothing that they could do at this point and offered us free points and to try and get us into a king suite. My husband and I were just over the back-and-forth and I suggested to just be refunded for the third night as we did not want to stay there any longer. He then told me that since we booked through a third-party (we used Expedia) that they would not be able to initiate the refund that I would have to go through the third party. I said ok and immediately reached out to Expedia customer service where they were very helpful. They were very willing to refund us for the third night, but first needed the hotel to approve the refund. Based on the hotels own wrong doings, I assumed they would approve, but was sadly mistaken. They reached out to the hotel directly requesting the refund and during their first attempt, the hotel did not respond, which caused our case to be delayed (it took over 24hrs for them to respond) My husband and I then decided that we were going to leave a day early, still hopeful that things would be made right as we were told. The hotel reached out to us around 3pm and asked if we were ready to change rooms, by that point we were already leaving the next morning and with our things already unpacked, we didn’t even want to deal with the hassle, as we had dinner reservations to go to. We told them that, as we discussed downstairs we had reached out to Expedia and got the ok for the refund we just needed the hotel confirmation. He stated he would look at his emails and the conversation ended. We checked out before 11 AM which is their check out time, just to ensure that we were not staying into that third night. After over 24 hours Expedia finally reached out stating that the hotel declined to refund us our money for the third night. Which is insane due to this all happening because of their OWN mistake. The fact we spent over $800 dollars for this stay, and are now paying $250 for a night we didn’t even stay is ridiculous. Not to mention, the room itself was the cleanest, especially for the price of the room! There was hair and dirt in the shower, and hair on the floors. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. From the start it was a mess and ended even worse. Do better. When the mistake is made on the hotels end specifically, the customer should always be compensated.
