Reserved a room for our anniversary on New Years Eve. Asked ahead if the indoor pool is heated and available, they said yes. Arrived at the hotel to see a sign saying pool closed. Every time heater came on throughout the night it sounded like a car engine with a loose fan belt. Whenever the people above our room used their shower or sink or the toilet it sounded like Niagra Falls rushing thru the walls. Bathroom door would lock after we shut the door and couldn't get back in till we used a knife to Jimmy it open. Told us there was free parking but it was paid parking or paid valet parking. I complained at the front desk and they said what happened to us happens all the time. Wrong answer!!! I think Motel 6 would have been more accommodating. Overpriced with liars at the front desk. Nice hotel, pool was closed and also the sun deck (?). But the areas looked good. Was out too early for the breakfast, but I hear it is good.

Nice place but no real parking, need to use Valet parking at a cost. Also have to pay for breakfast if you want it.

This was the worst experience at a hotel I ever had for a birthday weekend getaway. When I checked in Parking was never mentioned when I made reservation at 24$ +tax a night. At check- the guy was so eager to get my credit card for incedentals he failed to tell me about breakfast, the pool, etc. No breakfast at hotel. Streak house attached to hotel had a 20$ buffet. Food was cold and no one was in the restaurant. That was a hint!!! I was Never told about voucher to reduce cost to 14.95$ if purchased at check- in only. Valet lost my ticket at check -in. I chose this Holiday Inn vs. the Express Holiday Inn for indoor pool but it was closed. When I expressed my diaspointment of my experience I was told by Bob oh well..... You can talk to manager M-F. Each Holiday Inn is owned by different companies so I thought I would get a better experience from what I had in Louisville Kentucky Airport Holiday Inn earlier in the year. Nope this was much worst. Bob looked like a maintenance man that just woke up and threw on the most wrinkled non-professional out-fit he could put on and says "I am not the one that checked you in so you shouldn't take it out on me.." Sorry Bob you are right. You represent what type of service and hotel I was getting....
