  Room was nice and clean. Interstate noise was loud from our room, but bearable with a white noise sound machine. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool area felt nice and warm, but the pool water was ice cold to the point that we couldn’t stand being in it. We were disappointed the most by that since it was something our 3 year old really wanted to do. Not a terrible drive to downtown Chattanooga as long as traffic is flowing.

  They say that there is a heated pool it is not, it is very cold when I told the manager or staff member that I believe it was too cold. He say its supposed to be room temperature and goes and checks the temperature with his hand shakes it off and said it's fine. I had two other people in the pool with me, also, complaining about how cold it was that it wasn't normal for a heated pool to be this cold. Also our rooms had no trash bags. And when greeted at the front desk, the front desk associate was less than hospitable. Like he didn't even want to be there and tried to get us to our room as quickly as possible. I felt that it was a little rude. He also did not explain which room we would be in. He just pshed the room cards at us and told us where the elevator was. He was very much in a hurry to get us gone.

  Stay at your own risk! My family and I stayed here in August 2025. I used an anniversary night for our stay. When we checked out, I asked if there were any charges and the front desk worker said no. I didn't bother to get a receipt since there was supposedly no charge. I got a surprise when I got my next credt card statement and there was a charge for $32.31. The IHG site had no record of the charge. It just said to contact the hotel. I never received an email with any kind of folio or receipt or explanation of what the charge was for. I called and left messages for the manager for 2 weeks. The manager was never there when I called, and never returned any of my messages. Next I called my credit card company and disputed the charged. After waiting a month, the credit card company upheld the charge. WHen I asked what the charge was for, all they said was that the hotel said it was from the "marketplace" I never buy thing from the marketplace nor did anyone in my family. I stay in IHG hotels all the time and have never had this happen. I kept calling the hotel and leaving messages. I spoke to one front desk worker who said their system had changed and she could not offer me a refund or tell me what the charge was for but could credit me enough IHG reward points for a free night (17,500 pts). After a couple of days, 5000 points were were credited to my IHG account. I called back to inquire about the rest, and was told the manager would have to credit the rest. Since then, I have left multiple messages with no return call. The only conclusion is that they do this often and expect it to go unnoticed. This is basic fraud/theft. I would recommend you find a place to stay that runs an honest business. If I could leave negative stars I would.
