- MLMarilyn LipstreuerOct 26, 20251.0When we checked in, we were given a room that the television didn’t work, and we were having trouble with the internet. A call to the front desk went unanswered. The person checking us in said the weather, which was rainy, was causing the problem. The general manager Monika said there was no telling when either would work again and the office and all the rooms were experiencing the same problem. Monika told us we were free to leave although we had to pay for the night. She was completely unprofessional and tried to hide the fact that the tv wasn’t working. We asked for another room to see if the television was working. It was, and we switched rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The only good thing was the breakfast and the breakfast hostess. What was going to be a 4 day stay ended after one night. We will never stay at a hotel run by the Vishnu group that runs this hotel.

I can't get past the Bed Bugs that were crawling on us in the bed when I woke up from taking a nap. The AGM refunded our stay & we checked out. I know this can happen but Holiday Inn Express is usually better. This location is tired & bed bugs are so gross. Avoid Room 124

We were on the fifth floor so not sure if that was a factor but the room wouldn’t get any cooler than 71 even though we only had it on 68. I sweated all night!
