But Rooms Were Clean and front desk people were Nice . Location ok fast food all around to walk too
- JRJames RobertsonJan 26, 20262.0The front desk lady yelled at me when I asked her how I can change the input on the TV in my room. I had hooked up an HDMI cable from my laptop to my TV. (This is something I have done at five different holiday inn Express locations throughout the south...) She raised her voice very loud with frustration to explain how annoying it was to have to change the inputs back so they decided to program the TVs to never change inputs. I would not have left a review if the front desk lady showed even the tiniest bit of kindness or customer service skills.
- DFDoss FamilyJan 18, 20261.0Disappointed with our stay. Traveling through to Florida I booked this hotel in advance. Upon arriving the front desk girl was not friendly or accommodating when we needed extra towels for our room. Things only got worse. Foldout couch bed was broken and no usable, there was a crack on sink in bathroom, tub floor felt dirty and unlevel. Shower head didn’t work well, dirty. Very loud street and traffic noises, as well as hallways. Pool small and water felt “ dirty”. I got a rash on my leg just being in the pool a few minutes and had to get out. We were given a fold out bed and 500 points but I do not feel that is equivalent to what I paid for and actually received upon arrival. Plus two of our children did not sleep well due to fold out couch being broken. Do not recommend this hotel.
- KKKari KennedyJan 8, 20265.0Thank-you for providing a clean welcoming stay. The breakfast was excellent & hot. The front desk lady I believe she said her name was Kayla was very sweet and helpful in guiding us around town. I recommend this hotel to anyone. No complaints what so ever.
