Was here for a 1 night stay for a soccer tournament. The beds and room itself were comfy but the black lady at the front desk was hella rude. I spoke when I checked in she said nothing. I spoke checking out, still nothing and she just stares like you shouldn’t be there. If you don’t want to speak maybe hospitality jobs aren’t for you! Checkout was 11am but I got an extension to 12, cleaning ppl barged into my room at 8:30 and again at 9:45. Didn’t knock, didn’t say room service or anything all I heard was “oops!”. Thankfully I had the top lock on the door both times. They need to do better. Won’t choose this particular hotel again.

Nice large room. Was within walking distance of downtown and Chattanooga choo choo which was nice. Downside, hotel charges for parking. If you are driving into town and paying for parking there you will pay to park twice.

Hotel was meh. The underside of the toilet seat was covered in urine stains, and there was no soap by the sink. There’s a miniature Dove bar, but the packaging says it isn’t soap (photo included). I didn’t have breakfast there and cannot comment on that. It was $15.39 to park at the hotel. You do so using a QR code and entering your vehicle details. Pretty easy. The location is convenient to the freeway and downtown, but there isn’t actually much to do in the surrounding area by the hotel. It’s a good place if you’re just looking for a place to stay, but I was quite underwhelmed with the quality of the establishment. One of the elevators was broken, too.

Got a kingsized bed with a sofa pullout and the room only had the bed. No sofa. Went to breakfast the next morning and kids eat free. A staff member approached us and informed us that an adult had to pay to eat for her to eat free. She made her take the 3 mini waffles off her plate and put them back into the serving tray. There is no parking included, you have to pay to use their valet service to park which is 25$ not including tip. You can find better for the same price.

Only reason it got a 4 star eating overall is I was shocked we had to pay to park at the hotel!! Why? We paid $269 for a room. But the room was clean, bed was wonderful.Breakfast was absolutely amazing and free. But you shouldn't have to pay to park in their own lot.
