  The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty of nearby food options. However, the walls and floors seem to be very thin. I could clearly hear furniture being moved in the room above me, along with a lot of stomping and running, which made it extremely noisy at times.

  Great place, new, clean and super friendly staff. This is the third Holiday Inn Express on this trip and by far the best food (and I’m sure it is sourced from the same place), but it was made with love!

  Absolutely horrible experience. When we arrived, the front desk took about 45minutes to even come to the desk, while another family was there before us, and kept calling the desk trying to get someone to come and check every one in. We came in around 12am and left at 9:00am. During this time, we parked in a very well lit area. And stayed here due to the good reviews. When we came out this morning, our trucks window was broke. 2 windows were broken. Someone tried to break into our vehicle. Thank god was not successful. Once we went to the office to speak to someone about it, the operations manager wouldn’t let us speak, her exact words were “cameras are at owners discretion and this is the first burglary in a few months.” She did not want to help, wouldn’t let us speak. She kept talking over us and was very rude the whole time. We asked for a refund of the $105 that we spent to stay here and she said “no.” I am a rewards member and Only stay at IGH hotels. However this experience has made me want to give my money to someone else. This hotel has 0 hospitality or customer service experience.

  The place seemed great, the front desk worker was nice. And the location was great, right near the aquarium, ruby falls, rock city, and the zoo. But the fan in the bathroom wouldn’t work, TV worked great but when I went to switch channels it stopped working, footsteps could be heard all night, dogs barking all night, WiFi was terrible, had no toilet paper, bed was squeaky, and the smell of weed could be smelt. I canceled immediately after only two hours and immediately left at 2 in the morning. Will never come back.

  Had an exceptional experience here. The hotel was so clean. The elevators, hallways, rooms, bathrooms, and lobby were functional, clean, spacious, up to date, and modern. The service, breakfast, and hospitality were exceptional. The ice machine was functional and had filtered water. There is a fitness center and a laundry room with 4 washers and 5 dryers. Be prepared to download the app for the laundry. $3.00 for the washer and dryer. There is an outdoor pool with plenty of seating, 2 grills, and a fire pit. Plenty of parking and its located in a great location. Stores all around. This is a hotel that I would come back to many times when in Chattanooga.
