When traveling thru the area..we always stay here. I think we are up to 6 or 7 stays now. Rooms are very clean and roomy. Staff very attentive.

We were booked to stay two nights, and the battery on the room that reads the key card died. We checked in around 5, no problem with the card, then got locked out at 10pm when we came back for the night. There was a lot of back and forth before we were told we would have to change rooms and not be able to get back into our room until the morning. We had medication and chargers and clothes and everything stuck in the room. After some more waiting, the concierge got us in with a master key only after we fussed about needing to get in the room. She told us maintenance would be by in the morning. We left around 7:30 the next morning, assuming when we came back, it would be fixed. When we stopped by after lunch around 2:30pm, we were still locked out. When we went up to the front desk again, she only said that maintenance would be by "later." We were beyond frustrated. It was not her fault by any means, but there was no sense of urgency or apologies for being locked out continually. When we returned that night, the last night we were staying, someone had finally been by to fix the card reader. I've had good experiences at other Best Westerns always, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be staying at this location again.

My hubby surprised me with a night out. We stayed at the Best Western Royal Inn. The room was nice and very clean. Check in was easy. The staff was nice. The pool was clean and nice.

Good location with restaurants nearby, right off interstate. Room was nice, and really quiet. I know we had "neighbors", but never heard them. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.
