    Stayed in room 121 because needed handicap shower. The handheld shower was backwards, cold was lukewarm and hot was cold. The regular shower head could not be adjusted because it would hit the other plumbing, they were mounted too close to each other. Lukewarm water was all we got in the room. The shower curtain is mounted too high and allows water to go out onto the floor, can’t adjust shower head to prevent. Bathroom had a faint sewage odor. We brought all this to their attention at checkout and come to find out people before us had same issues.

    HORRIBLE! BED BUGS. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I stayed at this hotel during a cheer competition and it was THE WORST experiences. On the second night, I woke up with painful bites on my neck, face, and arms, consistent with bedbug exposure. I reported this to the front desk but the staff offered only a minimal apology, coverage of 1 night and moving me to another room on the last night after several days of suffering! One night reimbursement is a joke! The manager was dismissive, rude, and has not contacted me in days!! I'm still dealing with the effects over a week later. If you want bed bug bites, no reimbursement and AWFUL service with management stay here. I am so disappointed with managers it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    A very nice hotel, room was very clean. All staff were very professional and friendly, making me feel very welcome. Especially shout out to the breakfast attendant, Yasmin worked so hard to keep the food filled and breakfast area clean!!! Highly recommend anyone planning a stay for business or pleasure, because I know I will again.❤️

    We stayed here for both leisure and business trip. The service and people/ staff were AWESOME! SO easy to talk to and made us feel so welcomed! It was on a perfect location and only 15-20 min to downtown Nashville. The room was awesome with a sofa/tv/ living room area and the King size bedroom had its own tv. There was a closet and microwave/ refrigerator in the middle. Excellent bathroom. The bed was SO comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast and excellent! This will be a definite stay the next time we visit Nashville! 😊👍👍👍👍
