Very disappointed with this stay and concerned about sanitation, cleanliness, and basic hospitality standards. The hotel looks faded and poorly renovated. The paint job was sloppy, walls were in poor condition, paint was peeling on the doors, and there was visible corrosion throughout the property. Overall, the environment felt neglected and poorly maintained, not refreshed. That night around 9:30 p.m., I called the front desk for an extra blanket and was told there were no blankets available. I asked if there were vacant rooms with extra blankets, and the employee confirmed there were, but said she could not provide one in case a new guest arrived. The parking lot was mostly empty, and the hotel was clearly not fully booked. When I questioned whether the hotel would realistically fill overnight, I was told, “You never know.” I asked to be sent to the manager’s voicemail. Shortly after, the same employee called back and said she would bring covers from another room. When she arrived, she handed us covers and pillows balled up, not folded or sealed. I specifically asked for the extra blankets typically stored in the closet inside a plastic zippered bag, but that is not what was provided. There was no way to confirm these items were clean or sanitized, which raised serious health and hygiene concerns. Breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. The waffle maker was broken, causing multiple guests, including myself, to ruin their waffles repeatedly. The dining area was left unsupervised, while staff were loudly talking in Spanish in the kitchen area, offering no assistance or oversight. The eggs were disgusting and floating in water, sausages were chewy, and all the ice melted in th3 apple and orange juice which watered it down. You could literally see the water sitting on top of the juice. The coffee station was unsanitary, the creamer pump had dried, caked-on creamer, and the coffee and hot water were barely warm, raising additional food safety concerns. The pool was also out of service, limiting already minimal amenities. I used a free night stay that was earned as a Diamond member after spending over $15,000 on my credit card, and this is the level of service I received. Loyalty at that level should come with higher standards, not lower expectations. The following day, the manager returned my call and asked how things were going. I told him I was unhappy and would be addressing these concerns with corporate. He did not ask how he could resolve the situation or offer any solution. His response was simply, “Well, thanks for your honesty,” and he ended the call. Guests should be able to expect clean accommodations, hygienic food service, functioning amenities, and professional management. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Better than a 3 star hotel. The suite was great.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. The staff is unprofessional, poorly trained, and it shows at every turn. The cleaning crew can’t communicate basic information, and the front desk is even worse. My issue was simple: my card was charged before I arrived—fine. On day three, I asked them to switch the payment to my debit card. They did. I then asked them to reverse the original charge and was told it would take 7–10 business days. At checkout, I asked for a receipt. The woman at the desk couldn’t provide one because she had no idea how to process two payments. I asked for a manager, and he claimed they’d “check their internal accounts.” My bank clearly showed the debit had gone through, so I moved on. Six weeks later, I get an email saying all charges were reversed and I still owed them. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they threatened to block me from Hilton. This is what happens when a Hilton franchise is run by people who don’t understand customer service or basic accounting. I have no problem paying what I owe, but the total lack of accountability and professionalism here is unacceptable. Take your money to a hotel that knows how to run its business.

Considering it being advertised as a 3-star hotel, it’s a good, clean 3-star hotel. Nothing special in any regard in way of the bed, room, furniture, decor, breakfast, service, parking, etc. BUT… I don’t really have any complaints about any of those things either…. And isn’t that what you really want in a 3-star hotel??? Mission accomplished.
