- HWHayden Waisanen2 days ago2.0Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the room didn’t have a hair dryer. We called the desk 3 different times to ask for one, and they didn’t bring one up even though they said they would. We ended up having to go down to the desk to get it. In the shower, the shampoo dispenser wasn’t even mounted on the wall, just sitting on a shelf. The breakfast area was so gross. I attached a photo of the gunk that I found on MULTIPLE plates. The English muffins were hard as a rock. In the gym area, they advertised having dumbbells for 10-45lbs, but they were missing 20 & 25. Throughly unimpressed, and I don’t think I’ll ever be staying at a Holiday Inn ever again.

He resolved a small issue with my reservation right away and followed up later to make sure everything was perfect. Very professional, polite, and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Great experience overall.

She greeted me warmly at check-in and handled everything quickly and professionally. Even though it was busy, she was patient and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude truly made my stay better. It’s small things like this that make a hotel stay feel comfortable.

The cons are: the bathroom is tiny and laid out strange, the pillows hurt your neck and are uncomfortable,walls are paper thin you can hear everything and it is loud at night. To be fair if you talk at all it will be heard so the talking that comes from ppl in rooms is unintentional but people were loud in the halls. The ice machine in the hall is super loud so if they dont give you a room away from it you hear it all night. Not the worst it could be but we have definitely stayed in wayy nicer holiday inns being a member I picked this place for points should have spent the extra money and went with a Marriott or hilton.
- JJJSNov 10, 20255.0Nice area, close to everything like shopping and restaurants. The room we got very spacious. It had an extra flex space with sofa and an additional tv. No kitchen but it had mini fridge and microwave which is all we needed. Room was clean and I was very comfortable here.
