We have been coming here for years. Front desk employees and managers are great! Rooms are always clean and have couches but dated. Breakfast isn't free but is a good price if you get it when you book your room(s) through IHG and is well worth the $10 a person if you pay full price. Kids eat free I believe. The breakfast service is spotty, most of them don't seem to speak english and seem more intent in their personal conversations with coworkers.
It is quick to get to I65 and the best price for commute to Vanderbilt area. Other areas we have stayed are often much more expensive or a lot longer commute during rush hours.

The customer is not always right at this hotel. They place a $50 hold on your bank account and charge you for breakfast! Meanwhile, I have switched rooms twice because everything isn't working correctly!?!? Do yourself a favor and find a more accommodating hotel that appreciates your $ and business

The young lady at the front desk charge my husband and I extra every time we visit this hotel. I don't think she likes the color of our skin, she is the only one in the hotel that treats us different. But the lady at the bar was nice, but food and drinks our over priced. We left immediately and I will spread the word about this hotel and the young lady who is scamming people, not to come here.

No hot water on 4th floor for 4 days. They just kept telling me to run water for 15 minutes first because by the time it gets to the 4th floor everyone on the other floors has taken the hot water. That does not seem like an acceptable answer for some reason. Finally on Monday morning at 7 am I had a warm shower.

If you plan on staying in this hotel, I would recommend booking directly through the hotel. This hotel was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Food was on the walls, had burn marks in the carpet, the only thing that appeared to be cleaned in the room was the beds were made. I spoke with the manager of the hotel and she offered free breakfast and a free drink. Since I booked through Priceline she would not cancel the hotel since I didn’t directly book through them. The hotel offered a second room that had white stains next to the bed. I was honestly scared to take off my boots with an unknown substance that was in the carpet that appeared to be a bodily fluid that wasn’t cleaned up properly. We had Priceline call and they denied the cancellation claim because they spoke with the manager and she said since she offered a second room and a free drink and they wouldn’t cancel the reservation. Before you book this hotel make sure to do a walk through the room. After multiple discussions the hotel has not agreed to do any refunds.
