  The room was fine, but I prepaid using a third party. Holiday Inn charged me for the room anyway. I called and someone told me they would "look into it." I also emailed the email address on their website, but got no response. Filing a dispute with my credit card company is the only thing I can do. Really expected better from Holiday Inn.

  Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were great, decent breakfast, well decorated and maintained. Great value 👍😀

  We hunkered down at this hotel during the ice storm of 2026 and I can’t say enough about the staff who were there with us. A day before the storm, they all left their families and moved into the hotel and were with us the whole time and brought only positive energy. From the manager taking our reservation over the phone because their systems were down to allowing everyone to bring their pets to a hotel which is normally not pet friendly, they were truly a lifesaver for all of us. The location of this hotel is perfect with easy access to a Target and other retail, best Asian food in town at Fulins oh and there’s a Waffle House across the street. Don’t stay downtown and pay $500 a night. Stay here for much less and you’re a 15 minute ride into town.

  While our power was out at home, we spent 3 nights at the Franklin Pike Holiday Inn. Everyone on the staff was wonderfully kind, efficient, professional,calm and friendly. They quickly brought us brand new comforters because we like heavy bed covers. The room was quiet and comfortable, even though the outdoor temperature got down to 6F. Although the room faced the nearby train track, it was actually quieter that the same train sound when we're at home, 4 miles away! Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choices, and delicious. Coffee was excellent.

  The room was clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good. The elevator wasn't working (due to being renovated), so that was the only inconvenience. There aren't tons of amenities here, but we weren't looking for that. We live locally and like many others, we stayed at the hotel while our homes didn't have power for several days due to a bad ice storm. The front-desk staff was amazing, especially Jasmine, Haley, and Krystal. They were also having to stay at the hotel rather than at home, but they always had a smile and were willing to answer any question and help in any way they could. They gave us a ground-level room because my elderly father doesn't do well with stairs. We needed to extend our stay and they were originally going to have to move us to a room two floors up, but they moved things around so my dad wouldn't have to take the stairs. I am so grateful and would definitely stay at this hotel again anytime. Those ladies deserve a bonus!
