  Location is excellent, right off I-65 and only 12-15 mins from downtown. The area looks to be safe and the parking lot has lots of cameras, although when we were checking out, a guest was speaking to a cop because their phone was stolen from their car - remember to take your belongings!! The room was dirty though… there was hair in shower, the bathroom smelled like pee and it just looked like there was years of dirt piled up in the corners. There was a baby toy in the corner of the room, and the room was hot even when we set the temperature down to 65. Either way, breakfast was nice and the service was great!

  From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff — Britney and Greg — went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every need I had. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about their guests the way they do! The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and delicious. A special shout-out to Yasmin, the breakfast attendant, who was absolutely amazing — she made sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of each morning. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. You can tell housekeeping takes real pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the wonderful staff, great breakfast, and clean, roomy accommodations, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

  My stay here was very nice , loved the room it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable ! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning ! Your staff was so very pleasant made the stay so much more enjoyable thank you Greg for being so helpful and pleasant! I’ll definitely stay again my next visit .

  This was my first time traveling with an infant and have been needing more than I expected. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. I had interactions with at least 4 of them and they were all kind and understanding. A few examples were that I needed a freezer for my ice packs- they gave me a bag and allowed me to use their freezer. Another even kinder gesture was my husband was gone for work and I needed to do laundry but did not have the cash to use the coin service. The gentlemen gave me the coins I needed to do the laundry, not expecting or asking to be reimbursed (which of course I did). This is above and beyond service. I did not catch his name but this was 10/17 and I hope he gets the credit! This prevented me from having to wake up my sleeping baby and carry her in my arms in the heat to a nearby store to get coins. Thank you thank you!!!

  Unsafe and dishonest — avoid this hotel. We returned around 9:20 PM to find the back door wide open and unsecured. We raised safety concerns, and the manager, Brittany, offered a full refund if we left — then changed her story and refused to honor it after we packed up. She claimed we “slept in the bed” (we didn’t) and insulted us instead of taking responsibility. The owner’s response is not factual. The second employee they mentioned only witnessed me asking for proof of the full refund that Brittany had promised. There was no “conversation” beyond that — I was told housekeeping needed to check the room and to return the key, which I had left inside. When Brittany came back, she changed her offer to a 75% refund, claiming the bed was “used.” I explained we were checking for bed bugs — something any cautious guest would do. She then claimed a towel had been used, and when I questioned why 25% of the refund was withheld over that, she said the room couldn’t be resold. If you review the surveillance footage, it clearly shows that after checking in, we left and didn’t return for about two hours — during which time the back door was still unlocked. I have never stayed at a hotel where exterior doors remain open until 11 PM; that policy alone raises serious safety concerns. The real issue is safety and the fact that the manager went back on her word. She even told us we should “be grateful” because another manager wouldn’t have given a refund at all. That, combined with her unprofessional remarks over the phone (which we recorded), shows a complete lack of accountability. Plenty of better, safer hotels nearby — don’t risk your comfort or safety here.
