Second time here as was well aware of renovations being done here. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very dissatisfied with room provided on lower level only 2 rooms away from constant use if elevator along with nearby breakfast area. Guest very inconsiderate of slaming doors throughout evening and mornings. Phone calls in hallway on speaker phone? Room needed a lot of attention from paint refresh missing on doors along with hole on bathroom door? Never again here unless I specifically request a room the furthest from any activity or elevator activity. Mentioned to staff upon checking out and was very understanding..Thank you.

Dirty hallways. Very old and beat up property. I travel weekly for business, am a Diamond member, and this is honestly the worst Hilton property I've ever seen, and there's not even a close second- place contender. The website stated there would be construction over several months, so I requested a quiet room on my reservation, but I was placed in a room on the (very cold) basement floor right beside an outside door that slams everytime someone goes out for a smoke break, and there are construction trucks and construction bins placed right outside the door, so that ought to sound lovely first thing in the morning. Looking outside my window, I am eye level with the parking lot and driveway, so every vehicle that leaves the property has to drive by my window. I arrived late, so I'm too tired to complain or change to a room that might even be worse. I'm supposed to point out good things too, so here's the best I can do... The room itself is clean and the location is handy to my business needs. There are restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. It's priced reasonable, but there is obvious reason it is priced cheap.

The stay was just okay overall. The room felt quite very small and conjusted and being on the lower level made it less appealing, especially considering the price paid. However, the breakfast was good and added some value to the experience

Several men congregated out front when we arrived and were smacked in the faces with weed odor very strong when we got inside the lobby. Parking was horrible, congested. Sheets too small for both beds, furniture in terrible shape, cracked chair upholstery and tearing. Had pre- booked 2 stays but not keeping the 2nd reservation there. Room was clean and night registrar was very professional and friendly.

Thin walls, odd odor in hallways & lazy staff members at front desk. This place was "supposed " to be under remodeling... but saw no signs of that. Only bonus was it was close to the freeway.
