    Standard HI Express. Relatively quiet. Pool and small gym. Rooms on the back have outside entrance. Staff was polite and efficient. HBO, ESPN, FoxSports. No Blom.

    Rooms were generally dirty, tub had black mold on tile by floor, there was dead roaches by ice machine, carpet in elevator was nasty, would not stay there again

    Hotel was good for what we needed. On par for IHG. The room was not dirty, no bugs, no weird smells. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. The room overall was very dusty. Overall good experience for needing a quick place to rest your head for the night. Pillows continue to be great. Would stay here again.

    If I have to move the fridge and plug it in and the room is hot you are going to get two stars max. Such easy ways to score points, people. Update: there were two bath towels. I suppose for two guests? So I had to use a hand towel for my hair which is long. Again… Easy ways to be impressive. 4 bath towels minimum. Also the floor mat on the tub was partially wet when we arrived at 9 pm.

    Great spot! Very kid friendly and good overall experience. There is a great breakfast, staff are wonderful. They do have a pool, but note that it’s super cold (especially at night) and pretty small. It was challenging to get housekeeping during a longer stay, but staff nicely gave me stuff for refills when I directly asked staff at the cleaning carts. There was a huge event in Knoxville that weekend so we opted to stay here as it was more affordable. Nicely located by restaurants you can walk to/short drive, coffee shop, grocery store and gas. I will say some of the trimming bathroom seemed to have some wear and tear near door that needs to be redone.
