Located just off Airport Hwy, we're only 20 minutes from attractions like Maryville college, Neyland stadium and the Tennessee Theater. WiFi and a hot breakfast are on us.

- LWLaurie/Jake Wood1 day ago4.0Not easiest place to get too, on your first try. Ok after. Rooms are clean and nice, Quiet didn't hear any noise at night. Shower staid hot at 9am. Pressure wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was good,like the pancake maker, plenty of toppings to go with them. Having a pool table in the lobby, was a nice plus. Family got to hang out and play few games. Sitting areas are cool. Coffee stations nice, able to refill water bottles.. they offer free favor water at the main entrance. Dog friendly too.

Have stayed here two other times but will not anymore, policies can be managed with discretion but when an emergency happens and there’s no flexibility there’s no business from me going forward.

- SESusie EtzelOct 28, 20251.0I have stayed at this hotel before, so that is why I chose it again. However, I wish I didn’t on October 11, 2025. The room was dingy, the wall hooks were coming out, the shower was not clean. The worst part of it was there were BED BUGS! We knew something was off at night with the floor being dirty, but the bites in the morning were the evidence. I called and tried to talk to the manager, I was transferred to the cleaning manager and she asked me why I was calling late and that the room was already clean- I called when I got back home to MN as we left the hotel at 5 am. I called again the next day to talk to a manager and had to leave a message. The manager never returned my call. Super disappointed and will not be staying there anytime soon.
