  Our stay here turned out fine because the guy at the front desk was awesome, but I am annoyed about how it started out. We were on a long trip with several different hotel stays, I contacted each hotel at least a week out to confirm that we would have a pack n play for our baby and each confirmed and indicated it would be in the room when we got there. I am a Hilton silver member so when I checked in to our other hotels on the app I received a text asking if there was anything we needed—I never received one from this hotel. When we arrived there was no pack n play. Too be fair, the other hotels also failed to have it in our room on arrival, not a big deal. But when we asked we were told they only had 2 and they had already been claimed. The guy ended up pulling one out of another room because he confirmed we had asked for it well in advance and the other people hadn’t arrived. I do feel bad for the other family, though. I hope their baby was old enough that they could sleep in their bed or make up a pallet on the floor or something. There’s at least 84 rooms in this hotel, I’m guessing more, only 2 pack n plays is crazy.

  One of our better hotel experiences. We don't often review hotels but this one had some unqueness and friendliness that can't go without recognition . Just a friendly energetic vibe from the get go . Unique spaces and colors. A pool table . How cool is that. We were a little late for breakfast and though they had put away some of it they went out of their way to let us grab some stuff that was there and made sure we got fed.

  Great location, clean, and affordable. We've stayed twice over the last 2 years when visiting family and plan to stay again for future visits.

  Not easiest place to get too, on your first try. Ok after. Rooms are clean and nice, Quiet didn't hear any noise at night. Shower staid hot at 9am. Pressure wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was good,like the pancake maker, plenty of toppings to go with them. Having a pool table in the lobby, was a nice plus. Family got to hang out and play few games. Sitting areas are cool. Coffee stations nice, able to refill water bottles.. they offer free favor water at the main entrance. Dog friendly too.
