  As a content creator who ALWAYS chooses Holiday inn for my stays when I’m on the road, I’m really disheartened to leave this review, while I enjoyed my actual stay in the room itself the customer service was terrible. At checkout time they came knocking to make sure everyone was out of the rooms as if to be rushing us. The lady who came to my door was kind and let me check out a little late because I was stranded and waiting on my ride . When I got down to the lobby I sat there as the two managers at the front desk (man and the same woman) We’re talking loudly about the customers here and how they don’t care how late your flight was or how late you got in because you signed a contract and when it’s time to check out, you need to check out there should be no excuses. What happened to giving people grace? You are a property that allows late check out, yet you openly and very loudly made it known that you personally don’t like it and you don’t care what’s going on in people’s life. That was very disheartening because life happens. That conversation should never have happened in front of any customers at all. There’s a time and place and that wasn’t either.

  Hotel was very clean. Room was comfortable with very clean. Mini refrigerator, microwave and kuereg coffee maker included. Bathroom was very clean. Convenient location. Would stay again.

  Front desk staff was super friendly! Especially the nice lady who helped check me out early. Very clean rooms. Breakfast attendant that worked Wednesday did a fabulous job with breakfast. Absolutely delicious!

  After having the most unprofessional and painful experience from the nearby La Quinta Inn and Google redirecting me to a third party booking source who took advantage of us this hotel really turned our unfortunate night around. They worked hard to ensure we got a nice room and the breakfast was surprisingly good. When your tired and have traveled all day and encounter such an event, It leaves a impression on a person. Im glad we came here and the gentleman behind the desk in the evening worked hard to not only retrieve a hung reservation but ensured my family could finally unwind and rest. Thank you all for taking care of us. Any traveler with pets should stop here! We will book here anytime we travel in this region again.

  So the hotel itself was pretty nice honestly. The clerk working the night of December 30th was very nice and gave me an upgrade! My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I attached a photo but someone had thrown a dip pouch against the wall in the room and it was left there, that was kinda gross…
