    There was a system outage upon trying to check in. The front desk team apologized for the inconvenience and worked hard to get the system fixed. Once it was back up they proceeded to check in those who were waiting. They gave excellent customer service. The rooms were excellent.

    Nothing like having urine all over your towels. Good thing I spotted this before I drive myself off with a dirty towel that was covered in urine. The rooms are heavily used, location is OK.

    Very nice hotel, very comfortable beds. But we couldn't have breakfast, there was a very long line of people waiting. They told us that we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes because they only had one waitress. We were very upset about the situation and we had to leave, as we had 6 hours to reach our destination.

    The room itself is nice, the service is good, the location to the airport is almost unbeatable; however, my room, room 459, sounded like it was ON THE TARMAC. I got in late, after 10pm, and didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Being awakened around 6am to PLANES STARTING, weird banging, strange sirens or horns or something, and to make matters worse, housekeeping acted like they were having a door slamming contest. I was never able to get back to sleep, even though I had a 4pm check out. I will not stay here again. I’d rather Uber to the airport.

    We had an excellent stay at Hilton Knoxville Airport, especially during a very stressful travel situation caused by a winter storm and multiple flight cancellations. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient — being right next to the airport saved us from having to use taxis or Uber, which is a huge advantage, especially when traveling with a family and small children. The rooms were comfortable, the food prices were reasonable, and having everything so accessible made our stay much easier. What truly stood out was the kindness and empathy of the staff during a difficult time. A special thank you to Logan, who went above and beyond to help our family with an early check-in after our flight was canceled overnight. His support made a big difference for us traveling with three young kids. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone needing a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport
