My gps led me to drive through the airport drop off/pick up area which took a little extra time. There was a back way in and out that proved to be easier. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is a bit dated and the hotel bar was nothing special. There were a few craft beers on tap as well as domestics but the TV’s were small. The hotel had free parking. The breakfast buffet was good and the breakfast staff was excellent.

They charged me $400.00 for a room for 1 night.. they added in a charge called "service charge" but couldn't explain what it was for. They said the room would be $284.00 for that 1 night but then when I went to pay for it they charged me $384.00... it was a rip off!!

I stayed here plenty of times. I truly loved this place. I remembered a young lady who wheeled chaired me from the airport to the Hilton. Yes, she did. She was the most kindness soul I have ever come across. My injuries were torn ligaments. It was my first injury that put me in a wheel chair. It wasn’t fun traveling like that. I already had plans coming to TN, for training and paid my hotel 🏨 and classes already. I could not cancel. So, what I did was took that pain and hopped one ☝️ foot if I needed to get up. I hope this lady reads this letter. Thank you for what you did for me. It was late and you took the time to offer me help. A stranger. What tops it all is that she didn’t ask for anything. Humbled. Furthermore, I have met the nicest people who were at the front service, from the shuttle drivers to the food service people. I had the best time there I got to know them. Since, I traveled alone for businesses and not pleasure. I stayed at the executive suite. I love it there and since then I have not stop thinking about them and the good times we shared.. filled with jokes, laughter 🤭 1 like minded people. They were people who became my protectors, as well, 😉thank you to the ladies! Great place and the best I have been too. All in all, it felt like home sweet home. 🏠 not everyone but for me it was that bond of respect for each other. No matter who you are we are God’s people.
