Recently renovated, it was generally clean and well done. Will return. Staff were friendly. Small detail issues; Had to duck down to avoid shower head...and I'm 5'9". Used room service tray sat in hallway beside my room for 12 hours+

Such a wonderful place. One of the best hotels we have stayed at ever. We have traveled all over the country. Courtesy shuttle to anywhere with five mile of the hotel. It is a 3 minute walk to the airport.

Be careful when you book at the Knoxville airport Hilton my plane was delayed I got a room for 2 hours and they charged my credit card 3 times for one room. and you can’t get ahold of anyone to discuss the charges I guess I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card so they will call me back

We have stayed here many times most of the time it's because my son is in the military and his flights are generally the very first one and we live about an hour and 10 minutes away and so for me it's a lot easier just to stay here at this hotel because for one thing we really love it and also the convenience of it. The one downfall is this. Several times now we were told that breakfast was free and then every time we end up being charged for the food. (Confused)? I don't think it's right to get the wrong information over and over expecting a continental breakfast that any other place I've ever stayed at and have even paid less money for a nice room offers continental breakfast. However not here although we are told it's free. I think that if they're gonna continue to do this, then they need to train their employees better with the proper information. I'm starting to think that it might be worth driving down the road a little bit longer in order to get that complementary breakfast for the amount of money that you spend to stay here. Just a thought I'm considering!!!!

Staff is doing the best they can. Strong scent of mold in the hallway, especially on the 6th floor. I don’t know what people are talking about because the airplanes are pretty loud if there’s a lot of flights. Very close to the airport. Overall not bad but don’t go here. I recommend going to the Marriott across the street. If you have a mold allergy don’t go here. Lastly, we saw mold in the ceiling with a plug in fan pointing at the roof. 😬
