The elevator is dirty someone spit on the floor. They don’t even have a permit in the elevator so you don’t know when the last time it’s been serviced I walk into my room there’s hair everywhere on the floor in the tub smell smells like dog urine I have dirty dishes everywhere the person Downstairs very unapproachable!

The bathtubs are not scrubbed, there is food on the countertops, the carpets stink, dirt still on the bathroom countertop, and dead mice under the sink. We’re thoroughly disgusted.
- DFDavid FriessMar 17, 20264.0The rooms are clean. The room I had (and I assume all do) had a full size fridge, dishwasher, small range stove and some cookware. The bathroom was clean and came with good bodywash, shampoos and conditioner, and 2 ply toilet paper...which may not be a deal breaker, but its nice to know it's available. The hotel is in close proximity to McGhee Tyson Airport, which has its upsides and downsides. Its great if you need to stay a night or two before going on a flight. The downside being that it's right in the heart of Alcoa Highway which has its frustrations due to the traffic. All In all, for the price and comfort, I would stay again.
