This stay felt like being a welcomed guest in a well-run, warm, and caring home. A special mention must be made of Yugav at the front desk. His warm gestures were a constant highlight. He never failed to greet me by name with a sincere smile, ask about my day, and offer assistance.

Headed to the hotel, where our reservation was not made, after five minutes of hoping the clerk could help out he just said can't help. I called the reservation line again in the lobby went through the prompt, painful at best, reserved the room for the price previously quoted. But when I showed my reservation the Manger laughed said the reservation was for the next day, it's 930pm, we again explained what was agreed through the reservation. He would only smirk and said not his problem. He was rude and arrogant, insensitive. Never staying with this brand. Absolutely garbage customer service.
