Stay was just ok!! Arrival was terrible. Had to wait while front desk person went back and forth from the staybridge side to the holiday Inn side. Very frustrating when you are handicapped. Got key, went up to room loaded with luggage. I am handicapped, elevators are slow. Fellow working at the front told me to take a left off the elevator. This happened 3 times. I was sore and tired and my 3td time key didn't work. I tried calling the front desk because by this time I was exhausted, frustrated and suffering from anxiety. I tried calling front desk on my cell to have someone please come up. I saw a staff member and they went down and contacted front desk and said to use the house phn by elevator. To make a long story short, the hotel is 2 different hotels in one and when you get off the elevator it's not clearly marked. I guess I was using the key to the right room number but not the right hotel which is on the same floor. So on every floor there are 2 rooms with the identical rm number. If you turn right it's stay bridge, if you turn left it's days in. Sooo confusing. Why do they not just put a wall between the 2 hotels. I was ready to leave. Then I find out there's no restaurant. Anyway, suites are nice and large with a full size fridge and dish washer. Oh and the bathtub room is seperate from the mirrored place where you wash your hands and brush your teeth. There should be a door here because the light shines right into the person's face who is sleeping. They do have alot of snacks but buyer beware. Everything is double the price of the stores. The jacuzzi was nice, pool was very cold. Happy hr was nice perk. 2 free alcoholic beverages in the social room. Snack was not so great but hey, when you are hungry you eat. They do have 3 large bbqs outside and a firepit to stand around Staff was very nice. Place very clean. Pillows too round for my cervical spine issues. Other than that, overall it was a nice stay.

This is a nice hotel with great amenities and a really nice complimentary breakfast. Its very dog friendly and is a great place to stay when visiting the Veterinary Hospital.
My only criticism is regarding the number of cigarette butts everywhere outside. Despite the property being labeled strictly non smoking, this wasnt really enforced. It would be better to have a designated smoking area further back from the building with something for people to dispose of their cigarette butts to cut back on littering. The fireplace and bbq area is a very nice area for guests to use, but was constantly occupied by smokers.
