And they got me to enter my pin number but I forgot my pin number. And I paid through Expedia. And yet they declined my waiver request after all that. I wished to get treated better than them telling me they could do nothing for me. I didnt even want to come back especially after getting told that my card was debit visa when I had a credit card. So basically I just got scammed for a hotel room I didn't even stay in. I would've went back if they just allowed me to figure it out first instead of turning me away like that. Never again.
