We stayed here over the weekend. It was a clean, organized and well kept hotel. The room setup was good. I like the door between the hallway and room, I didn't have to worry about my toddler going into the washroom. The kids had enough space. I was also happy that they had the crib I requested for setup before arrival. The pool was added fun for our kids. Breakfast was great, I wished they had the bacon each time throughout our stay because our kids enjoyed it the most. Overall, nice hotel with a good view. I am giving the 5 star because our kids enjoyed the stay which was important to us.

I liked this hotel in general. Swimming pool and hot tube were very useful. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful. The reason I am giving 4 stars is about the rooms. The walls are thin in a way that you can hear next door plug in their device and setting up the internet was funky. But in general we will be back to this hotel if we come back to Saskatoon.

What a disappointment. I could get a better price and service in Manhattan. This is Saskatoon! We stayed for 5 days and had our room serviced once despite their guarantee of excellent service. They even leave a card in your room saying you will receive excellent service or we will make it right. The morning of our last day I called the front desk to report we hadn’t had any service in two days and they assured me they would send someone up. We left for the day and upon our return still no service. I requested yet again and inquired as to why no service when paying such a high rate. They said they had no record of our request for cleaning and couldn’t tell if our room had been cleaned or not. Why do I have to ask and why do I have to follow up… When I complained they offered $34 discount. What a joke. I said I require one night stay to be refunded off our bill. The next morning the bill was under our door at full price. We had to yet again argue with front desk and talk to two managers and finally they agreed to adjust the bill for one nights stay. They said they would email a new bill. We left for the airport to catch our flight and received an email with $100 refund. Far from the $200 per night charge and half of what was agreed upon. We will dispute this with our credit card company. Establishments have to stop promising any kind of service let alone no service and think it is ok. Avoid holiday inn and especially this location. It’s preying on people who are there for medical reasons being close to the hospital yet causing more stress. We have another family member planning to stay there for over a week while family is in the cancer centre. They will certainly be forewarned not to stay here.
