We stayed for a youth volleyball tournament and there where no restaurants open after 11 am that kids could eat in. The breakfast only restaurant charged $20.00 for a continental style breakfast other hotel give complimentary. At one point 2 of 3 elevators were unusable and some of the kids actually got stuck in one! The whirlpool was out of order. The food in the lounge was ok at best, my steak sandwich was quite good but my husband's nachos didn't even have real cheese on it just watery cheese sauce and the furniture quite run down.

Reservation made in the lounge for Friday night prior to the J Reid concert and TCU. Called Thursday and spoke to Tony after 15min on hold and he insured that we had a reservation in the lounge. Arrived and lounge was full. Staff behind bar looked like deer in headlights when I asked for our table. Told me they had nothing on record. Gentleman took me down a long hallway with equipment in it…to a dark room with no one in it. Asked me where I wanted to sit and I said not in here! I pointed out a tall top in the lounge with no chairs. He said he would get us chairs…which never happened as we stood at the table and waited. A table did open up, which I cleared and we finally sat down after 25min of screwing around. Asked the waitress as she flew by…for a drink, again we were told, Ill he back.
Finally after 40 min of chaos, we left and headed to the concert and decided we could skip eating. 2-80 year women should not have to experience this, nor should anyone at any age. How can you not be prepared for a increased customer base when there is a concert across the street? This is a management issue! Shame on you for putting your staff thru this.
The ladies sitting next to us also left after waiting over an hour.
The Hilton brand should be ashamed as I will never return and Im sure others feel the same

This hotel really needs electrical outlets for block heaters outside. This is Saskatchewan.
I stayed during cold snap and I'm surprised my car started.

I recently visited for a Montana's BBQ & Bar conference, and the entire experience was superb.
The venue was excellent, and the catering served throughout the event was absolutely delicious.
Special thanks to the Housekeeping Manager for incredible, above-and-beyond hospitality.
He was highly helpful with our requests and personally followed up to ensure everything was perfect.
I strongly recommend this hotel for all our company's future corporate conferences

4/5 stars only because the room service took very long, and most of the electronic gym equipment was not working, however, rooms were very clean, and staff was great. I was there with a few others that booked rooms and all of us were happy with our rooms. Open-air parking lot is attached to the hotel but must be paid for.
