  Stayed here for two nights with my family. Rooms are newly renovated and are very nice. Hotel is in good shape and well maintained. Staff are very friendl and helpful. Checking in and checking out was easy to do. There is parking provided aboveground right beside the hotel. The clerk told us that there is also underground parking available but it is more of a walk. We parked aboveground because we had small children to carry into the hotel. Pool and hot tub is nice, there is also a small fitness room. Kids enjoyed swimming, pool is a good size and the water is very warm. There is a bar called "Steps" just off from the lobby of the hotel. It is a nice cozy place, had a beer there on the first night. They serve food as well but I did not order any. Good experience at this hotel, would definitely stay again!

  Location is okay. Room: AC/heater keeps blowing. Tried to stop it from the thermostat, it didn't stop. I had to unplug it from the wall or I would get sick. Service: my first room had no hot water working. I requested another room and its keys wasn't working. Had to go back, again, with all my bags to the reception. I haven't been offered a free breakfast for the issues. Nothing. Also, is there an hotel of this standard in 2026 not offering the streaming platforms on their tv?!? I know Hilton is not what it was few decades ago but I was expecting better.

  As a Hiltin honer member Hilton has always been my first choice no matter business or personal trip. Service is over exceeding my expectation. It felt like home, friendly chat with the front desk and the warm texting ask about the overnight sleep. There is always a home called Hilton all over the world.

  We’ve stayed at several Hilton properties and unfortunately Hilton Downtown Saskatoon didn’t quite meet the standard we’re used to. While the staff were friendly and polite, the hotel overall was missing the usual “wow” factor. Room service was a nightmare to order and added unnecessary frustration to the stay. Housekeeping was also very inconsistent during our 5-day stay, our garbage was only emptied once, and coffee supplies were never refilled. Parking was another major disappointment. The $16/day parking fee was not clearly disclosed at booking, which adds up quickly. The parking lot itself is outdoors, above ground, with no visible security. It also wasn’t plowed during our stay and was essentially a sheet of ice mixed with puddles, making it unsafe and very messy to navigate. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it didn’t feel like good value for a Hilton property. Next time we’re in Saskatoon, we’ll likely stay at the Best Western across the street, which offers free parking in a secured parking garage and feels like a better option for the price.

  Great stay at the Hilton Inn! The parking lot being under surveillance made me feel safe, and the location is perfect — close to a mall and lots of places to eat. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and overall the stay was splendid. Would definitely stay here again!
