We picked this hotel as it’s close to the airport and they offer park and shuttle. We had. Large group with elderly and children. The front desk staff was very rude and did not listen at all to what we were telling them as shown at 4 am when we came to take the shuttle to find they only wrote down 2 people our group was total of 11 on return from our vacation again very rude front desk and the shuttle would not come back and pick the rest of our group up. We had to take a different shuttle and walk the rest of the way to get our own vehicles. All in all it was very disappointing and we will not stay again.

We had an excellent experience, thanks entirely to Kawalpreet. We were dealing with a strange and stressful situation, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure my husband had a safe, comfortable place to stay for the night. Not to mention that the room was clean, and beautiful! Her kindness, patience, and problem-solving made a huge difference, and we felt genuinely cared. Exceptional service like this is rare. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Kawalpreet!

A perfect stay for getting to the airport. LOVED that the bedding was actually clean! The only minor discomforts were the noise level and that thr curtains were not blackouts. I would definitley choose this hotel again.

We booked our hotel rooms in advance. To start with we had trouble booking with the online and the 800 number, so we called the hotel directly. We booked 2 of the double queen rooms, and one queen room. For 3 families. On 18 December we got to the hotel. I walked in and was not greeted as I believe is your customer service training. I walked up to the desk and asked if I could check in. The person said the rooms were not ready yet. The sign on the wall said check-in time was 3 and we were a bit early, so I asked if we could get the kids into the pool and they said that was ok while we waited to get our room ready. Great. Thank you for accommodating us and our children. Shortly after 3 and the rest of my party joins us and we find out that we didn't get the rooms we booked. We got 2 of the single queen rooms, and 1 double queen room. We had also reserved 3 spots for the PARK and SHUTTLE Service for 3 vehicles. Remember this is for three families, travelling together, catching flights, leaving hotel before 4 am. Took the kids for a swim. The pool was pretty decent, and the hot tub was hot, but full of foam. It didn't look like there was any anti-foam around, or a pool attendant to put some in. Rooms were very clean! I will gladly give them that. Rooms however were extremely dry. Beds were decent enough. We returned from our trip on Dec 26 . As we had prebooked we came back to the hotel. We came from a warm destination, so we had left the winter gear with our vehicles. December 26th was extremely cold even for Canadians. We called for the shuttle service around 1030PM and he came pretty quickly. I went with my elderly parents. For a bit of background, Mom has aphasia, Dad has Parkinson's, has parts of both feet amputated from diabetes, and can barely walk on his own due to rods in his spine. We also had one of the three children from our group. We put a bunch of our luggage into the shuttle. When we arrived at the hotel, I went in to make sure our rooms were ready for us, pay and get room keys. I looked out the front door to see that my elderly parents were struggling with the luggage and the driver came into the building empty handed. The driver went back out, drove away with the shuttle and then parked it, so I went outside and grabbed some luggage, I went for another load as I saw the shuttle parked and the shuttle driver again came empty handed and went into the office behind the front desk. I helped my parents in and I took in the luggage and sent my parents to their room. I asked the front desk attendant what was going on. She said the driver was being verbally abused and I asked what exactly was going on "The shuttle is a courtesy" was the response I got from her. I said I paid for the courtesy - she argued with me about this as well. I asked to speak with a manager right now, and she said there wasn't one. I told her to call one and she refused. I told her I wanted to speak with one in the morning. I retrieved the remaining people from the airport, We ordered in pizza, ate in the rooms and got the kids settled. It was well after 1am at this point. That morning I found out what had transpired between my parents and the shuttle driver. My dad said the driver was throwing our bags out the back of the shuttle and onto the ground, and my dad asked him to quit doing it, and he continued, and then he went in and came back out my dad asked why he didn't take anything in with him - he went off on my dad about not getting respect. He could have been more gentle and respectful with the luggage. ---Please see other tabs couldn't put it all in here!----

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everything was above and beyond expectations. We travelled family of 5 and room was well equipped with extra sheets, pillows etc. Kitchen in the room with extra pots and pans was added bonus. The breakfast room was running bit small for all the people but the server was amazing. She was so courteous, tended to everyone’s needs ( she deserves a raise).
