I cannot believe the security guard not being helpful and to literally accuse me of being some other person and trying to describe me to the police “As a being this drunk lady”. “whom apparently was crying” than again which was not at all my business or has any right to jump to conclusions and start to immediately call for any emergency measures such as calling the authorities to the hotel, the hotel clerk didn’t bother to ask me either why I was there begin with because no one was at the front when I came in , than the guard just jumps the gun and called the cops as soon as I walked in the lobby, knowingly that I was there waiting on someone coming down to grab me, but didn’t because he thought that there was too much going on , so I called a cab to proceed waiting, and as I went out to wait for my cab he than calls the authorities again . If I Didn’t get it on video I would’nt even bother to post this ….so ask me, if there’s another person that’s in the room upstairs coming down to see me!? which there is and it wasn’t the security Guards business what I was doing there, 1st of it’s a business, secondly he was stereotyping me as an visible minority all because I’m a Métis indigenousT-woman and the guards name is Sam and he basically said that I’m not going to lose my job, so if you can possibly send me the hotel email address I could send in my video .I am now waiting for the police to arrive to show them the video of him in the lobby saying that I am the lady that was here crying or the cops were looking for something and yeah bad review for this hotel

I asked for a late checkout, as late as possible. They said it costs $30 and 1pm. That was fine, I said Thanks! Then 11:15am, 3 hours after I fell asleep, I get woken up by loud knocking, "Housekeeping!" No more sleep. Then they still have the tenacity to charge my credit card lol... Thanks!

->Comfy bed / Big pillows / Amazing breakfast<- What a great stay! -Welcome cookies upon arrival (mmmm oatmeal raisin!) -Very clean and comfy, fair-sized room. -Bathtub/shower was nice -Coffee & tea in room (McDonalds and Tims brand, actually!) -TV not difficult to use -Wifi was not so great (14 mbps download/0.75 mbps upload) -In the morning, they slipped out printed receipt under the door for a faster check out (almost no one does this service anymore) -Included free breakfast was wonderful; hot items included scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, and there were also bread products, cereals, yogurt and much more. And actual plates and glasses? Not paper or Styrofoam or plastic!? Wow - now that's classy! I mean come on - the breakfast alone is worth the visit! Price for a weekend in Sept 2025 was about $135 CAD before tax

DO NOT stay here if your have a fragrance sensitivity. I have been felt sick since setting foot in my room... My daughter has developed a cough and cant sleep. We do have fragrance issues and were expecting some discomfort but this is UNREAL Update. My daughter is sick from the overwhelming fragrance from our stay here and is missing school this week. I am concerened for the health and safety of the cleaning and laundry staff. This amount of fragrance should be unacceptable. My mother in law was congested for her stay and Ibtalked to come people in the breakfast area who mentioned they were also stuffy since staying here. I worry for the cleaning and laundry staff being exposed to this amount of chemicals on a daily basis
