  Had a great night here very quiet staff at front desk very helpful at checking and at checkout would recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

  I have stayed at this Best Western numerous times with my family, friends, and children. My husband has stayed here with me multiple times on his card, and I have stayed here without him on his card. So… I found myself in a difficult situation and urgently needed a hotel for the night. I called nearby hotels, but they were all booked, so I decided to return to the hotel where I was previously considered a “valued customer.” When I spoke with the man at the front desk, he informed me that a room was available. Upon entering the hotel, I spoke to the same man and was relieved when he confirmed there were still rooms available. However, when I mentioned I was booking using my husband’s card, his demeanour changed from helpful to annoyed and condescending. He informed me that there was nothing he could do and that I could not stay at the hotel. I reminded him that I had stayed there multiple times without my husband, using my husband’s card, which is absolutely true, but he insisted I must be mistaken. His tone made me feel unwelcome. I pleaded with him as I desperately needed the room, but he offered no further assistance. While I understand the policy of not booking a room with someone else’s card, the man’s ignorance and refusal to believe me was incredibly disrespectful. I have stayed here many times alone using my husband’s card. It would be beneficial to hire more empathetic staff members, especially when they’re at the front desk! Unfortunately, you have lost a couple of valued customers, Best Western.

  Staff is super difficult to deal with. Call ahead to review there added credit card policies to insure your are prepared for there added rules.

  I always pick this place as it is close to where I am working. This last stay, I was told there was an item missing in the room that I didn’t touch. They proceeded to charge me for said item, even though I never touched it. When I chatted with the manager about this, he didn’t seem to care, and told me such. The people are usually friendly, the breakfast is normally good, even though it’s hot as hell in the breakfast room. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth for this location.

  This place was a perfect place to stay. It has clean rooms. It gas pool and hottub and waterside. It has a awesome breakfast And it has a good service. You will never regret if you stay in this hotel while visiting Saskatoon
